I really liked Dr Busch until my last appointment when she failed to follow through with setting up a procedure. When I called the office 3 days later to inquire about when it was scheduled for I was told she didn't put the order in and she will be on vacation for the following 2 weeks.

The provider and all office staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable discussing my questions and concerns. Dr. Fenton explained his thoughts and helped me create a plan going forward. The office staff were friendly, remembered me from my last visit, and were quick to get my follow up appointment and CT scan scheduled. I'm extremely happy with this provider and this experience. Thank you for all that you do, I'm so glad that you've committed your life and career to helping people like me!

Well, I’m disappointed in the fact that I had a thyroid biopsy on [DATE] and was told by Dr. Sequeria that he should have results by the end of the week. Today is [DATE] and no one has my results yet.
