Dr Fenton answers all of your questions and explains everything to you in detail and makes sure that you understand everything. He is very knowledgeable and thorough and does not leave the patient with questions and he is very understanding and his staff is excellent.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Fenton was kind, courteous and took alot of time with me. I tried to be understanding before it was my turn, realizing I would want the same courtesy. He was knowledgeable, asked tons of questions, listened intently and showed me pictures of my tests I had done. He favored me getting a 2nd opinion if I wanted one but he gave me no reason to seek a 2nd opinion. He was very thorough and went over the tests he was ordering for me and why. He explained what knowledge he would get from each test. Based on the tests, he would proceed to diagnose and come up with a treatment plan. Dr. Fenton was great. He gained my trust. His office help was very nice also and very friendly. Overall, I was totally satisfied and confident I would receive great treatment.

Dr. Fenton and his staff were very friendly and caring. Dr. Fenton explained in detail and was very thorough. He is sincere, genuine, and has a great sense of humor. Excellent thoracic surgeon!

He's over worked having to wait 2 to 4 months for surgery is ridiculous. I don't feel good and worry everyday which puts more stress on my brain fog and other symptoms and making me more sick I have more bad days in a month than good days get this man some other surgeons to take up some of the work load.

Dr Busch always pays attention to what I say and takes time to listen to me. Her office staff, Amber and Natalie, are helpful and friendly. Nurse, Dawn, is also very nice. Everyone in this practice is so helpful.

Had a lot of support with staff navigator was advised to set up genetic counseling which they called surgery went well. Now waiting call from radiologist to proceed my treatment

Dr. Elgamal was kind, respectful and professional in my encounters with him. He did a great job of explaining my surgery and follow- up. When I called the nursing staff with a question I received a return call the same day. I felt very fortunate to have Dr. Elgamal as my surgeon.

Dealing with MM and the portal is NOT fun. Dr. S's assistant (Victoria) deserves commendation. Impressive. No vitals equipment in BC office? Never heard of that before. Did not impress. The new receptionist at Dr. S's office in Midland (? Michelle) was very friendly and helpful. She made my appointment and was so interested in being helpful. She's definitely a keeper. Her voice speaks smiles. Dr. S is definitely patient oriented. Listens. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Knew my history before he walked into the room. We are lucky to have him. [Name]

Dr Fenton really made you feel like you were the only patient and explained and answered all questions. His knowledge and bedside manner are exceptional. His staff is also the best.
