What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Busch was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable with the current state and our plan for moving forward. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I thought Kristin was very easy to talk to, and felt comfortable with her even as she was knuckle deep in my b-hole. I would definitely go back.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I wish I would have known before hand I was going to be getting my bhole looked at and was going to have to put a gown on and be looked at like that. I really had no idea that was going to happen, no one told me what to expect.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I had surgery and was given no phone number for after care questions. I was in extreme pain to the point of going back to the hospital and I could not contact anyone for atleast 6 hours. That’s great the doctor wants to talk to her patients, but 6 hours after the fact isn’t quality care. I didn’t need to speak to her, I needed atleast an on call nurse. That then made me call the hospital to talk to someone and they refused. I called my primary on call nurse, which they helped. It was a very awful experience after care. I use my chart as messages for my medical team as it’s the only way to communicate to them and the reaponse rate from this office is very lack.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
After surgery on call nurse.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
She explained the medication she prescribed might not work, but gave me an alternative choice if not. Happy to say the medication is working. Very impressed with Dr Busch.

Can’t think of anything. She took her time with me & explained everything.

This was the first time I met Dr Bush and I was very impressed because she listened to me as a patient and gave me the feedback on the questions I needed and I did not feel like a number, but a person which is very rare and I wasn’t rushed out of my appointment

Kristen Busch was very passionate about what I've been dealing with. I felt so comfortable around Dr. Busch. Ive never had a doctor listen so well and explain why I was having these symptoms and what we can do the fix them.

It was a video appointment, and I appreciated Kristin listening and answering questions well and bending over backwards to make the future procedure so much more convenient for me. It's the 1st time I met her and liked her helpfulness, which makes this whole situation easier.

Dr. Busch was so kind and compassionate to my needs and put my mind at ease. She was confident and has a wonderful personality. I highly advise her to everybody and appreciate it.

More info on what to expect as far as eating/diet changes, long term. In writing would be helpful or even a web site to go to for answers. Do's and dont's. Helpful hints about how certain foods will cause more gas or worsen diarrhea.

Office and exam rooms were clean and welcoming. Dr Busch was both friendly and professional. She put me at ease, did not seem rushed, and answered my questions in a clear way. Cyndi, the scheduler, was also very friendly, professional, and helpful.

The nurse on staff was very friendly and kind. Made me feel very comfortable and reassured about any anxious feelings. Kristin was on time and knowledgeable. She made sure that I understood what she was saying and that I left with clear understanding and hope!

Nothing I was very impressed! Very timely. I did not have to wait very long at all.

Dr. Busch really took the time to listen to what was going on. The staff was very friendly and I felt comfortable talking with Dr. Busch. Liked that I didn't have to explain my problem to multiple people, just to Dr. Busch.
