I always wait more than an hour after my scheduled appointment to be called into the appointment. This last time an hour and a half. Then wait for the provider to see me for a 5 min appointment. This wastes not only my time but my daughters who has to take time off work to bring me.

Dr. Maxwell is the best. Though, sometimes the long waits are frustrating. If he’s running behind, his staff needs to notify his patients. So they are not sitting in the office for 3 hours, after their appointment. I would highly recommend him, nonetheless

I have never left a doctor's office feeling as aware of and educated on my conditions as I do everytime I leave Trisha's office. The atmosphere is relaxed and her care and concern is genuine. My overall health is always discussed and any treatments or changes in medication are always clearly explained. I don't leave feeling frustrated or unheard. I leave feeling like I have someone that is happy to be on my team guiding me with confidence and educating me every step of the way.

I know I'm being heard by Trisha and the best possible resolution is considered for me and my needs. I tend to ramble and loose focus, but when I'm done, all my concerns are addressed so I know I'm being listened to. I never feel anxious about going to my appointments. I actually always look forward to them because I leave feeling aware and educated on what is happening with my medical care. I dont feel as if I'm lost because I know I'm not navigating my Healthcare alone. I love Trisha and I feel I won the jackpot with her as part of my medical team. No judgement, but understanding, empathy and always a clear path to help me through. If only all medical providers could be like Trisha and the office staff, medical appointments wouldn't be so frustrating or confusing.
