I got there 10 minutes before my appointment time 11:05 for my appointment at 11:15. I sat there for 2 hours before seeing the doctor. I was getting ready to walk out, my time is just as important to me as his is to him. The lady's were you check in, they all left at lunchtime with no return. I don't think I want to go back to hin so I will be looking for a different doctor that keeps better appointment time.

While I went with lung related issues, the nurse encouraged me to go to family doctor about my very high blood pressure. Which I have since. I didn’t realize it was so high. Dr. Maxwell encouraged me to relax or was friendly about this situation.

Dr. Maxwell and his staff are amazingly competent, and I felt very assured about his diagnosis and opinions Dr. Maxwell‘s ancillary staff I respectful and very supportive. This is definitely a provider. I would recommend to anyone you have concerns about their respiratory health.

Be on time so you can wait for a 1/2 hour to 45 mins for the doctor to show up but to be fair he does take his time to be thourgh with you which is better then no matter the patient or issues a doctor who sticks to a 10 to 15 min max appointment finished or not you can reset another appointment to finish up but not with Dr Maxwell hes a very good doctor.

Doctor Maxwell takes a genuine interest in my situation. He is very diligent in what coarse of treatment is needed and very thorough with his diagnosis. He is genuinely concerned how accessible and convenient his services are to me.

My last visit felt a bit rushed. I left not really understanding the results of my CT scan which showed new nodules and was ordered antibiotics and then to return in 3 months. Perhaps that is normal but I wasn’t even examined to hear if there was some congestion. I got the impression it was nothing to be concerned about.

During the follow up to the sleep study, it was very rushed. It took less than 2 minutes and he admitted that he didn't even check to see if my daughter had any seizure signs. He said to check back in 3-4 days on the portal. He was not prepared, had to go to the waiting room to delay his next appointment because he had an interview.
