I felt "talked down to" and the doctor did not explain in terms I understood without follow-up questions. The notes for the visit are all understandable only for someone with a medical degree.

Dr Maxwell is very knowledgeable. I was very sick and very scared, I was seen almost immediately following a bad ER visit. During one of the worst times of my life I was able to rely on his experience and knowledge to get me a diagnosis and to start the appropriate treatments. He covered every possibility, and did his due diligence and as a result he determined I had an illness that isn’t seen very often. His staff is also knowledgeable and empathetic and even talked me down from a panic attack after a PET scan. I am able to exercise again, when I couldn’t open a water bottle before. My questions were addressed directly and I felt heard as I related my symptoms and history, my knowledge base and experience, concerns, and perception of events leading up to my illness were all heard and considered. Yesterday I walked 4 miles in the morning. In cool weather. None of this was possible just months prior. A big thank you to a wonderful doc and staff.

Dr. Maxwell and staff are ALWAYS very informative and helpful. I trust Dr. Maxwell's recommendations and appreciate everything he is doing to improve my lung condition. Probably the best pulmonologist I have had in my years of dealing with lung problems.

The office is great..Dr maxwell is very direct ..I personally prefer a doctor that cares to be direct.. we discussed a game plan for my condition and explained what was needed next..I would 100% recommend him and his staff if you can handle a blunt Dr

Dr. Maxwell is very concerned about his patients. Not only does he treat you quickly, professionally and also do whatever is necessary to make sure you are comfortable. Rare to find anywhere. Thank you Dr. Maxwell for helping me to breath again.

I have sometimes had to wait several hours for my appointment. This is unacceptable. My time is just as valuable I will say that Dr. Maxwell has shown how much he truly cares about his patients. Which is extremely rare.

Dr. Maxwell was great. It's very hard to get an appointment. If Dr. Maxwell wants to see you back in a week it might be 3 weeks before you can get an appointment. They are very busy I guess. Only have had 1 appointment,
