appointments usually run late but is great to get lab work and appointment the same day and close together

Dr. Maxwell is a great Dr. He can be a little harsh at times but that's what I like in a Dr. He is straight forward and to the point. Very thorough. I would recommend those who have similar issues as myself to see Dr Maxwell!

I feel very confident in his knowledge. He has always been kind and I always feel welcomed. He answers my questions and makes me feel that if I needed him for an emergency or appointment on short notice, he would see me. I’m very appreciative of him and his sweet nurse!

His knowledge of his field is excellent, and he and the entire staff are very friendly and compassionate.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Knowledgeable and friendly Doctor. I feel confident in his abilities. Not sure if this is due to staff, or Dr. Maxwell, but their appointments run very behind schedule. Like literally up to an hour behind, which is ridiculous, especially for it to be almost all the time.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Needs to keep in mind that people travel long distances to see him and his patients may need spouse to take care of other medical issues in timely fashion example: tried to arrange pharmacy pick up before it closes. Also his patients may be financially challenged and can’t make multiple trips into town, or patients may have missed tests because of cost of meds or even gas to get to the tests. I have a good feeling about Doc Maxwell I hope he smiles in life a lot because he deserves it with his line of work! Merry Christmas Doc!

I’m glad we have Dr. Maxwell in our area. He seems very knowledgeable. He certainly has an overload of patients. I like having my ct scan the same day as my appointment.

He is very rude , the last appointment was at 9:00 got there, I and the Dr walked in at the same time , I was the first that day as a patient it was over an hour before he seen me , I asked if I could be seen in West Branch because it so much closer only new patients only, I can get my CT scan there he said . Over all I'm about ready to search for a new Dr. He is not a family friendly man of all the Dr appointment I had he was never on time half hour to over an hour waiting

Dr Maxwell and his staff is wonderful, getting thru the maze of ladies downstairs to register is a hot mess express. They're all very confident that they can tell you what to do during those extra layers of registration, but honestly, is it necessary? It doesn't streamline anything to watch half dozen people tell you to wait in a new location.
