Had to wait a long time for Dr Maxwell to see me. This was the second time I had to wait for him. I think he needs to do something about this. I was on time, I think he should be too.

This was first appointment with Dr. Maxwell. I was very impressed with his care I look forward to having him look after me. All of his staff were very efficient and friendly.

I really like Dr Maxwell.. he's professional, takes his time listens to what you have to say! I like the way treats people! If you don't follow the doctor's instructions you won't get better..you have to make an effort.

Good staff = Dr. Maxwell really knows his medicine - just the office area needs attention in terms of updating such as a larger waiting area and new chairs and paints - no privacy when checking out.

Dr. Maxwell has a different personality than other Drs. He's very knowledgeable but could use better bed side manners.

Referral appointment was [date]; however was on 'wait list' and was seen [date]. Scheduled for 4 pm, due to early morning delay for surgery his appointments that day were all l as te. He explained why hours late, and we never felt rushed. Excellent !

Dr. Maxwell was very professional very understanding, very caring listening and was interested what you had to say and seemed to know exactly what you needed and reviewed my records and told me more about my heart issues and even my heart doctor and he was very polite and nice and Doctor

I have never met this man in my life. My 9 year old son was referred by his doctor recommending a sleep study. We went to the consult and he was extremely unpleasant. He told me “he can’t have this” referring to my little children being loud and as a mother, I had no choice but to bring my little children with me. He did continue the consult but after his actual sleep study and follow up, we will not be going back. I left in tears. Terrible bedside manner.

I feel he is in need of another Pulmonary Specialist to help with all the locations Dr Maxwell has to come! He does a great job as does the staff but you have to sit in the waiting room too long! He is spread too thin & yet manages to do a great job! It has to be very hard!
