My only concern is that the office phone is frequently not answered and messages are not returned correctly. Dr Maxwell is aware and frustrated too

Dr Maxwell is very good at what he does. Without a sleep study done on my [AGE] year old son Dr Maxwell was able to tell me what he believed my son had which after the sleep study I found out he was correct!

Dr. Maxwell does a great job. He answers questions. There is one staff member at the front desk who never seems able to make my next appointments. She always wants to make the appointment after I leave. She says she will send the appointment in a paper copy. I do not want to make appointments that way. She also refused to make my next appointment for me one time because she said the paper did not indicate that. I would prefer to deal with an alternate staff member next time I check out.

You need to hire at least 2 more Pulmonary Specialists! He is speed way too thin! People wait in waiting room way too long(& they donβt feel that well to start with)He is sprea way too thin because he is in charge of such a large area!!!!

My first appointment was very positive. Dr. Maxwell gave me confidence in how he immediately scheduled testing & provided me with a prescription. I left the appointment feeling very confident that my lung health was a primary concern for Dr. Maxwell as well as myself.

He is never on time, over an hour late. Doesn't spend enough time, acts like I am faking my breathing troubles.

Experience was terrible. I had 3 different appointments and all 3 times, I was 1st appointment of the day and last patient to be seen. Had to wait from 1 1/2 to 4 hours for dr to see me [removed defamatory language] Would not recommend him to anyone.
