That I had good experience with Dr Maxwell. took time to explain what was going on with my lungs. Not to family or friends, but it would have been helpful when I registered to know it would be about an hour and a half wait. I probably would have waited but would be helpful to notify family of delay or change appointment if necessary.

Excellent staff and Dr Maxwell ordered necessary tests in regard to a lung issue. Results showed “not cancerous “ but a followup scan is already ordered.

I always wait more than an hour after my scheduled appointment to be called into the appointment. This last time an hour and a half. Then wait for the provider to see me for a 5 min appointment. This wastes not only my time but my daughters who has to take time off work to bring me.

Dr. Maxwell is the best. Though, sometimes the long waits are frustrating. If he’s running behind, his staff needs to notify his patients. So they are not sitting in the office for 3 hours, after their appointment. I would highly recommend him, nonetheless

It was good. New offices are great. Don’t like that MyMichigan and United Healthcare can’t work out their problems. Patients are the reason for hospitals and health insurance, not profits.
