The reason for the “good” answer regarding Cynthia’s office personnel is that there is one male I do not know his name. He is extremely rude and disrespectful to me and speaks to me as if I am not an intelligent person. Myself and my Husband both have spoke to them facility regarding how he treats us and have been dismissed. If we call you and are disrespectful you have the right to end there call but what can we do when he audibly sighs when we do not have paperwork that was given to us 6 months ago, or when we call to know when our appointment time is and he treats you like you are a bother. However the rest of her staff is absolutely amazing and I appreciate them and genuinely like them. Cynthia is an absolute pleasure to work with and I am thankful for her knowledge and kindness.

She is knowledgeable and personable. The only I concerned is that one week following my at-home sleep study, I still have not heard about the test results. I read the results on my patient portal.

Much of this questionnaire is not applicable to my experience, but I was very impressed with the level of care I received during my appointment. I feel Cynthia took time to listen and managed to get an in-home sleep study performed the same day (which is something ive struggled to schedule in the past). She even went as far as to find a way to return testing equipment at a location closer to my house.

Have to call office more than once to get an appointment. The hours offered for an appointment may not be convenient for a patient driving 50 miles to Alpena.
