the provider originally cancelled the first telecon appt, which had to be rescheduled appx one month later. meanwhile, i was unable to obtain needed cpap supplies until receiving the prescription. also, the provider has had over a year to obtain my files and become familiar with my apnea history. it appears that this has not yet been done by the provider’s office. hopefully this will be taken care of soon.
