Eric the MA was abrupt in his care and tried to rush through the medication reconciliation. He did slow down and redo the medication list after I commented.

I am a lung cancer survivor. When I get sick, it’s always bad. I had called to get in to see Cynthia, two days later, I still hadn’t received a call back. This is an ongoing situation with this staff. They say someone spoke to you, and they did not. They say they’ve been trying to reach you, they are not. Shuffling the blame to another person is not helping this office. They need to be way more professional about their positions

Kind and friendly staff called and moved. My appointment up for me gave me results within three days of appointments had follow up schedule before I left. The office was very great with explanations and answering questions.

Cynthia is THE BEST !!! When I was told that my insurance considers her "out of network" and that I may have to pay a higher co-pay, I told them that I didn't care ! I finally found a DR that I trust completely and had no intention of going elsewhere!!!
