Awesome communication and respect for me. Explained the different types available and the comfort level when I wasn’t happy with the fit of the present one. Had my chip information as soon as I arrived!

I really appreciate Tricia, she listens to what I say, is involved in my care 100%. It is so easy to talk to her, she really cares about my health. I never feel like just a number to get through in her day at work.

I highly recommend Trisha DesChamps and her staff for anyone who is having issues with sleep apnea and restless leg syndrome. They listen to all my questions and concerns, answer them and do their best to help me on my health journey. Everyone is very professional, friendly and helpful.

I've always been treated with extreme kindness and respect from everyone at this office. Trisha is always proactive to resolve any complaints or concerns I have regarding the status of my health. I hate that I can't remember her name, but Trisha's nurse is the sweetest, most compassionate nurse I've dealt with in any medical office in Alpena. She could really teach a master class on how far treating a patient with dignity and respect will go. She seems happy to see me, looks me in the eyes, and LISTENS. I hate that I forget her name, but I can tell you, I do not forget the numerous names of those that obviously hate their jobs or patients. I would recommend Trisha to everyone that needs assistance with their pulmonary needs

My first time office visit was with Trisha . When she entered the room she had a warm smile and a pleasant introduction of her qualifications and her years working in the office . I was not rushed , I felt very comfortable.

The receptionist at the front (on the right for patients) is rude and a poor communicator. Three encounters, two for me, one for my husband picking up a replacement home sleep monitor, she was rude, including unfriendly, almost "scoldy" tone, eye roll at my stating "I'm flexible with appt timing, you pick what's best for the provider or soonest available" (to that I also was told by West Branch that I'd been scheduled too soon for results to even be well read - only preliminary data would have been available.) Lastly, the home sleep study was botched as the tech didnt remove the batteries and sent me home with a machine that was on and recording data, so upon my sleeping, the memory was already full and i need to repeat the sleep study tonight, making the whole process very inconvenient. Tricia at this point has been the best part of this process, and the only positive really.

Everything was good. They all were friendly and kind. The only thing I'd change is a 3-hour delay between her office and the hospital
