I could not be happier with the care I received from Dr. Biddinger and his staff. I'm well on the way to a full recover from my foot surgery. Everything was explained thoroughly, and several options were discussed before ultimately deciding on the surgery. The recovery process has been carefully monitored, and now it's time to get back out there on the golf course!!! Many thanks to Dr. B, and his entire staff!!!

Kind smile, gentle verbiage, relieved any angst I had for this portion of the experience. Lucky you have her. Surgery went well. Recovery as expected with no surprises. Great office to work with.

Blaine ans hus staff are Amazing. They go out of their way to take care of me and my needs. The front desk staff when checking in need to learn to be a little bit happier. They are borderline rude.

The staff is wonderful every person their was caring and kind and truly cared about me which made me at ease with my problem . The doctor is so knowledgeable about the way to help correct my problem and explained every thing so I understood it clearly did not make feel like I had to make any decision right away wanted me to know all my options he is wonderful

Although I believe this doctor is knowledgeable in his field, he doesn’t listen. I had other health issues that played into my broken foot but it didn’t appear to me that it was of concern to him. I know I have a primary, but he wouldn’t let me finish my question before he’d say his only concern was my foot. After my cast came off I had drop foot and should have been fitted with an AFO. I didn’t know what drop foot was until I went to therapy and then my primary ordered the AFO 9 weeks after my cast was removed. A bit more compassion would go a very long way. His staff on the other hand was fantastic.

Dr Maxwell is very knowledgeable! I love how thoroughly he explains my issue (basically shattered my left clavicle in a fall). I saw video from my surgery during my last visit in order to clarify the answers to my questions. He calmed my anxiety about what I see as a slow healing & explained why I have the pain I do where I do. I trust his opinion & thoughts. I currently have a hook plate which he will replace with a "regular " plate on [DATE]
