She performed an excellent surgery on my shoulder. Just sorry we didn’t get to see her first before we did a course of therapy.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Stadelmaier is not pushy with surgery, she is willing to try physical therapy and strengthening to delay or avoid surgery, but allows you to make the decision.

Dr. Stadelmaier is an extremely competent physician and does absolutely incredible work. Her bedside manner is very "matter of factly" and can definitely come across as curt or not listening. She seems to be in a constant hurry to get you in and out, and this can make you feel like you aren't being heard and also makes you feel rushed and that you didn't get a chance to really discuss your health questions. A lot of the time, she cuts you off or doesn't let you finish your sentence before she starts addressing what she perceives to be the question or comment. Again, this gives a feeling of being very rushed and not being heard.

I received great care throughout my knee replacement. I was informed on what to expect from my procedure and what I had to do to get best results.

As for surgery Dr Stadelmaier is excellent. Bedside manner and concerns that may be due to the surgery but she doesn’t think so is less than desirable. She won’t really talk about that issue.

I really like and more importantly trust Dr. Stadelmaier. She stays up to date on her specialty. She is an athlete herself and understands the importance of being able to compete and perform. My shoulder repair went well and she did a good job. I value her advice which she gives openly and with experience.

I actually have referred people to Dr. Stadelmaier because her past performance with me was so good. The one person that I know that did have some surgery done by her and was extremely happy with the results. I was also very happy with the surgery I has with Dr. Stadelmaier.

She is a wonderful surgeon and has done right by me totally. I’m the patient, Randy and I want to say that she is the most amazing surgeon I’ve ever met. I’m very grateful and I healed so quickly that it amazed everybody. Hope she sticks around for a while.

Dr. Stadelmaier has been my orthopedist for more than 10 years. she has replaced two of my shoulders and one knee with the second one on the wait list. I would trust her with any orthopedic work I needed.
