I was scheduled for a CT scan and a colonoscopy. I was handed a paper with instructions and since the colonoscopy wasn't scheduled yet, I assumed it was for the CT. They did not tell me to pick up the meds from the radiation department at the hospital. Now I have to bake a special trip to the Soo tomorrow to pick it up. Very poor communication.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Paplawski. He was very nice, made me feel comfortable talking about my healthcare. He was thorough and addressed all my issues and then some. His front office staff and nurse were very welcoming as well.

She was kind caring listen to my questions answered them so I could understand them couldn’t have asked for somebody better. Everybody in the whole office is wonderful. They don’t treat you like a number. They treat you like a person and I’m so happy for how I was treated every time I’ve gone into the office. Lisa is awesome. Thank you.
