The receptionists at the front counter are both very unfriendly and tend to ignore people. They act like they are doing you a favor by checking you in. The nurses are great.

Dr. Rechner is the BEST Doctor in Sault Sainte Marie !! She is Amazing she is sweet, caring and so kind. She takes time to go over everything and she listens to you and helps you in anyway she can! She is just a God sent doctor to the Upper Peninsula!!

Good doctor, just would like to NOT have to consult to do a biopsy we BOTH knew I needed. Just get things done from jump. THAT is a hospital policy, NOT his.

You'll get what you need but make sure you have questions ready as the DR is to the point. Your concerns will not come out in small talk, there is none. He was to the point but he did listen to my concerns and gave me direct answers.

Dr Rechner is the most caring doctor I’ve ever had. She remembers everything about my history and takes an abundance of caution to screen for polyps due to my family history of colon cancer. She is extremely knowledgable and an excellent communicator. She is always warm, helpful and professional. I feel very blessed to have her for my Doctor. I highly recommend her to anyone I can.

Paula has done several procedures on me and spoke with me in office. She is amazingly knowledgeable, helpful and skilled at what she does. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Paplawski spent all the time I needed to help me understand my condition. He answered my questions very thoroughly and compassionately. He is a great listener. I felt very comfortable with him. His surgery was outstanding. The follow up was very helpful. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Reckner is an amazing doctor. She listens to you. She takes the best course of action. Dr. Reckner's nurse is amazing. She knows what she's doing and she gets you in to see the doctor right away. The receptionists in her office do not answer the phone. You have to leave a message. And they do not always call you back. I had to call 3 weeks in a row and leave three messages then finally got a call back.
