What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Paplawski’s office scheduled me in a timely manner and the staff were professional and friendly. My first visit with Dr Paplawski was a pleasure. He went over my medications and testing. We agreed to book surgery and this was in a timeline I agreed to. His office followed up to confirm and went over the prep I need. Best experience ever for a surgeons consultation.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
My emergency care I had to receive here completely changed my mind about this hospital. I’ve once had a Doctor who was very rude to me and of course, it made me not want to come back. But the surgery, the care I received, every day and night nurse who cared for me for four days, the friendliest of Dr. Paplawski and the work he has done… everything has been amazing. The way he and every nurse explained things to me in detail before, during, and after it all was immaculate. It made me, who is always anxiety ridden, very comfortable. I couldn’t thank them enough. I’m very blessed.

Dr Paplawski listens & looks at you & took new notes and even drew a picture to explain further. Nurse or staff in exam room was very good as well.

He was very informative and helped me regain my life again. When I first came in to see him, I was in a lot of pain. He wanted to get to the root cause of why I was having so much pain in my xphoid process. He prescribed me medication for my GERD and it helped 100%. I am so thankful I seen him because I am able to live my life again without being in discomfort. He's an amazing Doctor. 4 stars hands down.

I would tell them that this particular doctor is absolutely wonderful. Very down to earth explains things in layman's terms easy to understand. I don't know where you found this gentleman to be a general surgeon but you guys hit a gold mine with him I have not had a better experience with a physician in a long long time especially up here in the upper peninsula You've made an excellent contribution to your staff. And if this gets back to him please let him know that I am so pleased what a wonderful man he has compassion I lost art. If you have any more questions that I can help you that might help him I would be more than glad to but there was flawless with what happened with my surgery boom everything was done just like they said it was going to be I could not ask for more. I found the dr (first time visit) very personable, and more important, very knowledgeable. Also his nurse, Lisa. When I called the office several days later and left Lisa a message she returned my call in a reasonable length of time. She was very friendly and knowledgeable with her answer to my concern. I feel very comfortable with my health concern in their hands.

I have only had one appointment with them so far. The nurse was friendly and knowledgeable, and the doctor was clear in explaining what he suspected was going on and made a clear and reasonable plan of action to resolve my health issue.
