Dr Paplowski helps you get answers & shows concern. He can't help me anymore but still follows up with me & gets me referrals to specialists. His nurse, Lisa, is outstanding, as well. This office really cares about you.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
This last time was a longer than usual wait and I just would liked to be informed of that if known. Sitting waiting in the room without knowing what is going on can get frustrating. This is the only visit with him that I had the issue. All others had been very timely.

Periodic texts about the upcoming appointment help me to remember the date and time. Getting a few of them prior would help.

One of the things that stood out to me about Dr Paplawski's great attitude, he seemed he care for me. Another thing I liked was how quick I was in an out and how straight to the point Dr Paplawski was.

I was super nervous meeting a new Doctor, along with worried. Dr. Paplawski was very nice and professional, explained things to me, and listened and answered any questions I had.

I was scheduled to see Dr. Paplawski for a biopsy of a suspicious mass which meant I was nervous, anxious and generally not happy to be there. From reception to the consult to the biopsy, everyone was so kind, efficient and understanding. Dr. Paplawski patiently listened to all my concerns and calmly explained the procedure and several possible scenarios that made me feel better. At no point did I feel rushed or like I was being a burden. In a pretty crappy situation, Dr. Paplawski and the entire office staff made me feel as comfortable as possible.

Nurse Liisa got a call into a Dr in Traverse City and they called me the next day! So awesome! Dr Paplawski was awesome too so easy to talk to about a delicate topic, he knew what my issue was and helped me get an appointment for a specialist and I so appreciated that and him!! Very awesome Dr.

Quick to schedule and be seen by Dr. Paplowski. Support staff was appropriately welcoming and friendly. The entire office staff appeared efficient and effective and they interacted politely with each other. The appointment time with Dr. Paplowski was impressive! He spent almost an hour reviewing my symptoms, asking questions, and listening to my responses along with my concerns. I appreciated his forthcoming queries as we talked through options that might be considered for my health outcomes.

From start to finish the experience with Dr. Paplowski was really above my expectations.

Dr Paplawski great personality and friendly, easy to talk with.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The return visit to tell me all was good and no issues was unnecessary. This use to be done with a phone call! Unless the visit is included with the procedure and not an extra expense for me the patient a phone call from the doctor would have been sufficient, that’s what was done previously and the results of procedure are quicker without any additional expense to the patient.
