I love the dr. She always listen and speaks in terms I understand. Her staff needs some improving. I left a voice message on the machine got no response. Un til I went into the portal. Also the person who greets you should actually look up and greet you.

Dr Martin is ALWAYS professional, patient, and she is easy to talk to about my health issues or wellness plan. I am confident that she has my best interest in mind, and is always prepared and knowledgeable regarding my medical history to make recommendations. We could not ask for a better doctor and advocate.

I really feel that Dr. Martin listens to what I have to say during my appointment. She understands that I'm not always able to find the words to say how I'm feeling so she'll ask follow up questions to figure it out. She has a very nice chair side manner!

Office staff doesn’t answer the phone and calls are rarely returned the first time. However, if you send a message to Shannon or Sarah you will get an immediate response.

I'm so happy that Dr. Martin is willing to listen to me and ask questions to know more about what my concerns are for my treatment. I don't always know how to say my thoughts so it's nice that she will continue to ask questions to find the answer for treatment.
