They always listen thoroughly, and explain things thoroughly to help you understand what exactly could be or is happening medically. Great bedside manners. We have never had a bad experience in the almost 5 years we've been with our provider.

Love the care givers here as well as help. However when we have needed to get in when we were very sick have been told to go to emergent care, no appts available 3 or 4 times. Last time I was told I couldn’t get in for 2 weeks.

Very good care however it takes too long to get an appointment when needed with Dr Marshall or Alec.

That there is a Medical Assistant, Kim, in the office who always calls back, makes your referrals, takes care of any problem you may have, quickly and efficiently. I never have to ask twice. She is friendly, courteous, and a complete pleasure to deal with.

Alec always listens very well and works with you to find solutions for your healthcare. He explains things to you well and looks to find solutions to your health needs including referrals if needed.

Dr Szilagyi has been my doctor through the majority of my life and I absolutely love her! I wouldn't want my health care in anyone else's hands. She is the best.

You really have to follow up and make sure they send your prescription to the right place. I have had it go to the wrong pharmacy multiple times even after they confirm the pharmacy multiple times. How can you ask me the preferred pharmacy 3x and still screw it up? Next the follow up for additional visits at specialists is really slow. After discussing “It’s faster than waiting a month for x specialist”, they take days to a week or more to get back to you before even scheduling anything. While the printouts are better, everything else really sucks since it became “My Michigan”. “My Michigan = My Awful Experience!”. While the front office wasn’t perfect before and had some challenges, the change to my Michigan has kind of ruined this once well run office. Example: for over a year prior to my Michigan, not one prescription screw up. Not one. Now, almost every visit.

I liked meeting with Alec Bergman and his assistant, Ginger. They were both on time and punctual for my rescheduled appointment. However, when I had made my original appointment the week prior I left in tears because I was so frustrated that I was asked to be at my 11:30AM appointment by 11:15AM. I got there at 11:10AM, checked in and waited until 12:00PM to let the receptionist know at 12:00PM I needed to reschedule because I took time off work for the appointment in the middle of the day. I couldn't wait and go back for a half hour. Thankfully I wasn't charged a fee to cancel, but the lack of time management at the first appointment did create some mistrust in the providers at the office. I was nervous to come back and already had a negative attitude based on my previous experience. Alec was professional and made up for the last time. I understand that things happen but it was never really addressed with me directly except for the receptionist who apologized on the doctor's behalf.

‘Have a 20+ year experience with Dr Szilagyi. She’s has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. I trust her as my primary care physician completely. She has helped me through many health issues and always been correct in her assessments.

Dr. Is wonderful. Always helpful and kind. Her MA is virtually impossible to get a response from. It usually requires several phone calls. For follow-ups with the doctor she will tell me that she has to email her yet again to get a response. The new computer system is extremely frustrating!! No one in the office seems to know how to use it.
