What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Marshall is the best. She is patient and is genuinely interested in my children’s care and wellbeing. She is easy to work with and makes the whole family feel safe and welcome at every visit.

Dr. Marshall is a decent doctor but the wait time is very long and rude. The receptionist can be very rude.

I would 1 million percent recommend Dr Marshall to anyone and everyone I care about! She is phenomenal at making sure everything I need is taken care of and genuinely cares. I’m thankful to have found a pcp I feel I can trust.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Michelle works with you and is very professional. She answers all concerns and works with other specialists to improve outcomes. Michelle recently started seeing my wife and took recommendations that her previous provider was given and never put into practice. She ordered the X-rays that a clinician wanted her former provider to order and now she's getting the physical therapy that she needs. And the outcome is that it is working. Michelle is truly invested in helping her patients improve they're health outcomes.

That I wish they were accepting new patients. My in-laws need a new doctor but were told you aren’t accepting new patients at this time.

Michelle and her staff were very courteous and friendly. They were very good about me not waiting very long to be seen at their office. They seemed to value my time as well as theirs.

Dr. Marshall is amazing. My husband and daughter go to see her as well . She makes me feel like she cares about my family and I. Remembering what we do for a living and asking about our jobs. This is true of medical history as well. She doesn't ask questions I have answered before about my medical history. She answers all questions about our health in the office or when we call her medical assistant.

Michelle is a great Nurse practitioner. She always answers all my questions. I don’t feel rushed that she has to get to another Patient.

Putting my health care needs in Dr. Marshall’s hands has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my well-being. She is attentive, supportive, and thorough, never making quick judgments based on appearance and always taking the time to understand the specific causes of my health concerns. She is persistent in finding answers and takes a progressive approach to meeting her patients’ needs. If she doesn’t know the answer right away, she works tirelessly until she does. Not once have I—or my wife or daughter—left her office feeling hopeless, unheard, embarrassed, or unworthy. I am truly grateful to have her as my provider.

They they arw excellent at what they all do there . They listen and get you back to health in a quick way. Always had good service from all of there at My Michigan health Frankenmuth!

Alec was awesome with my son who has special needs. During the annual check-up Alec, as well as his assistant, Ginger, were caring, patient, understanding, and provided great recommendations for various health concerns. I highly recommend Alec as an excellent provider.

Dr is incredibly caring and listens well to patients. We love her! Her MA is awesome too!! Check in front staff could be friendlier, check out staff is awesome and works hard to get f/u appointments at times that work.

I DO tell people about the doctors office. My primary was Dr. Marshall but I had been seeing Alec instead for awhile. I love them both but I really do like Alec he has gone out of his way to help me get the help I need and was very kind and informative when telling us about my health. And the staff always calls with results. I highly recommend!

Love Dr. Marshall and her staff. Only suggestion I would make is to get white noise machines for the exam rooms. Patients can hear EVERYTHING being said outside of the exam rooms.
