Michelle is a great doctor. She’s thorough and she listens to my concerns with the best possible results. I’ve been very very happy with her medical knowledge and her service. Michelle also spends quality time with me during my visit, which I appreciate there’s never been a rushing instance. It’s always hearing me out on any medical issues I may have.

Michele Hearns is an absolute fantastic caregiver. So knowledgeable and easily explains conditions and meds which can relieve a lot of anxiety. Just a very pleasant person. I feel fortunate to have had someone like her replace Dr. Botz.

Michelle has been very caring and concerned. When Dr. Patrick Botz was retiring he introduced me to Michelle and said I would be in good hands. He was not wrong. Michelle gives me great medical care, follow up, and does not scold, berate or belittle me for not keeping up to my goals. She listens carefully and does not take concerns seriously. I love the care I get at this office and though I have moved further away from the office than I was originally, I will continue to remain with the office because of the excellent care Michelle and the staff give me.
