This was my first experience with Michelle and it was good my daughters like him like her so I want to see her and I was pleased with her and I’m getting some blood work done so all is good so far

When I called in to make an Appointment in January, I was told I had to wait almost 30 days to see Michelle, I was told that if I needed care sooner, I needed to go to a ready-med. Considering I have been a patient of this clinic for over 30 years, I find this un-acceptable

That there is a Medical Assistant, Kim, in the office who always calls back, makes your referrals, takes care of any problem you may have, quickly and efficiently. I never have to ask twice. She is friendly, courteous, and a complete pleasure to deal with.

The entire staff as well as Michelle always listens to my concerns, and refer me to the most appropriate person to answer, if they cannot. They are professional, educated about my medical needs, and have a sincere kindness. I have been with this office over twenty years and the quality of care continues to advance.
