My mom was referred to doctor Dudley from the MyMichigan Urgent Care. Her office visit on [DATE] was timely and very helpful. Dr. Dudley was very kind and explained what he would suggest doing next to try and find out what the sudden lump appeared on the left side of her neck. I was very impressed. His knowledge and very courteous chair side manor made my mom feel very comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Dudley!

Dr. Cox and his office provide outstanding care. They are kind, prompt, and thorough. Dr. Cox’s knowledge and experience are obvious. He is a great listener and provides several treatment options with explanations to make sure you are comfortable with your plan. He especially did a great job of explaining expectations for my procedure.

We love this office and staff! Dr Dudley is so good with kids, especially if they’re scared in office. He was kind, patient and took the time to make sure our children felt they were the most important people in the room during their visit. Thankful for this office

Dr Dudley is an AMAZING physician. I would highly recommend to anyone with kids that may have ENT concerns. The staff was also top notch, both front desk and clinical. My only recommendation is to make the office slightly more kid friendly. We appreciated the stickers! Maybe brighter colors/wall decor to incorporate both kids and adults. Even something as simple as suckers or coloring books. However, still 10/10 for the office!

Dr Roden is great. I first met him while being an in patient and really liked him. He genuinely cares about his patients and listens carefully and choose the best treatment options for you. I switched from a Bay City ENT to him and do not regret it one bit. He has helped me more in the four months I’ve been with him than the eight years I was with the Bay City Dr. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Cox and his staff were friendly, caring and courteous. I'm so happy I chose him to be my ENT. Hopefully, he can help me get some relief and answers. I definitely felt like Dr. Cox listened and was concerned for my well-being.

Despite Dr Dudley being located about 30 to 45 minutes away from where we live; the care that we received and the way that we were treated was all the difference I would recommend their services for ENT and I will also recommend my Michigan, Midland for any type of surgical procedure.

My son is scared of most medical offices and thinks they are going to hurt him because of vaccines and the surgeries he has had. No matter how much we explain to him he is still super anxious. When we go to Dr. Cox’s office he is always excited to see him and correlates him with the TV show Blippi because he is so friend and easy for my son to talk to and makes just getting checked out fun for him and lets him help with his own care. He enjoys the staff in the office and has no problem going into this particular office and it makes me feel good because I don’t have to stress about his fears. Thank you Doctor and staff for making my son feel so welcome and comfortable.

I did tell family he was part of the reason I moved back to Michigan. I tell everyone that they have the best doctors, highly trained amd the best bedside manners. He right up there with the best of the best. I had throat cancer and he said sign of it returning.
