It was initially difficult to get in touch with the clinic. They left a message for me; but then never returned my call back. Once I did get in touch with a person, she was able to schedule an appointment less than a month out. It was with a different provider than who was mentioned in the voice mail I was left, however, which initially was confusing and made scheduling a little more difficult. That aside, the in-office experience was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, nice, and made sure my child was not afraid. They even noted he goes by his middle name and consistently called him the name he knows. That has never happened before. What a nice touch. It was an uncommonly good medical appointment. Dr Roden was very gentle with my child, making sure he felt comfortable. Definitely a gold star for patient care.

I would highly recommend this office! I was in a really bad way, with an infection and an abscess that needed to be drained as soon as possible. Dr. Roden did a wonderful job, fantastic bedside manner, easily explained the procedure and did great work. I feel 100% better! And the courtesy of my follow up appointment with his office every single person in there was wonderful! Made me feel very comfortable and very important I cannot recommend this office enough!

Dr. Cox is my absolute favorite doctor I may have ever had. If you have absolutely ANY ENT concerns I would highly recommend requesting him from your primary for a referral. He has been my ENT for roughly two years and has always heard my concerns, talked through solutions, and provided any and all services at his disposal

I have been a patient of Dr Cox’s for a while now and I continue to be pleased with the level of care I am getting. Dr Cox is very easy to talk to; he is respectful and listens to my concerns…and then offers appropriate advice and guidance. He never hesitates to remind me that, if I have any additional concerns, I can call the office at any time.

Dr. Roden was very gentle and polite. He was not abrasive at all. He was honest in saying when he didn't know an answer as to why I have blood clots in my ear. I got in with him via a friend recommendation and I will recommend him, too.

He was an exceptional provider for an adult, however he could talk to the patient directly as well as the parent or guardian. These types of appointments are scary for kids. Sometimes kids just need reassurance from a “professional” and not just caretakers.

Dr Cox had excellent manners and actually a fun kinda Dr. Was my 1st visit so it’s difficult to answer some of the survey questions
