What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I went for a consult & second opinion & Dr ignored my request. Said that I should go to the first Dr that I saw. My primary Dr made the referral. Never sent her a report. He wasn’t interested in helping me with a diagnosed growth or polip on my cat scan

Dr. Roden takes time to listen to my concerns. He explains options in an easy to understand way. He is also very gentle and explained what he was going to do before he did it.

Very professional and courteous staff Dr Cox was very patient. Explained the whole process for the scan and made sure I was comfortable. He even updated me to on some issues I was confused about.

I had never been to an ENT office before, but the team in this building along with Dr. Dudley have provided excellent care during each and every appointment. Checking in and checkout are both easy with friendly staff. Dr. Dudley lends his ear (pun intended) with any questions I have during my check ups. Overall a great experience that makes me feel cared for my condition.

He didn't know why I was there. He is very nice though. The initial reason started with my strep throat, which moved to my lower back tooth, which then moved into my ear. The pain was unbearable. I was given antibiotics for each location. By the time I saw him I was fine so I was distracted about the purpose of my visit.

Very attentive and caring man. I fear doctors and needles and he made me so comfortable I didn't need to speak of my fears. His staff was extremely friendly and caring.

Very nice experience. That gave me a hearing test and showed me the results and gave me a report on the test. Then the Doctor examined both ears and was able to determine there was no perforated ear drum but could tell that there was a flatten piece of wax in the right ear that could be mistaken for a problem if you did not have the machine that was able to enlarge the view of the ear canal and the tool to painlessly remove it. Very impressive and fast.

Dr.Dudley was an excellent provider went out of his way to provide top notch treatment. After my biopsy went out to greet my family and explained everything in clear terms to make everyone informed. My family really liked and appreciated his excellence.
