Dr. Cox has been a great support throughout my recovery journey. Even though he is an ENT Physician he truly listens and cares about my Substance Abuse Recovery. He always asks if I still go to meetings, working steps, and genuinely cares how things are going. He is fantastic!

Cox's office was fine but he ordered a CT scan and it is 43 days out. Not his fault but that is an unacceptable long amount of time.

Very nice to talk to and get a second opinion on needing surgery. Dr.Cox sat and listened to my concern and addressed them in normal terms .

Dr Dudley is an excellent doctor! He explained everything he needed to do for my ruptured eardrum. He was kind and caring. He also went out of his way and explained to me how to flush my ears, what products to use and the portions. I value a a Doctor who takes his time and cares about his patients needs and concerns! I’d definitely recommend him to everyone!

Courteous, pleasant, prompt. I like Dr. Roden on our first visit. My disappointment with my visit was with the hearing test which to me was a joke and not accurate. I mentioned my feelings to the doctor but nothing further was done.

Dr. Cox is an amazing provider and would recommend him to EVERYONE! The staff at his office are all amazing from walking in the door to the exit at check out. His nurse Melissa is very down to earth and always makes me feel at ease, important, and that I matter.

Was my first visit with Dr Cox and would highly recommend him! He was patient, kind, professional (but explained at my level of understanding), and I felt like he had wished he could give me better news. I did not feel rushed at all, which is hugely important to me!!! Office staff was very nice! One thing I was not comfortable with was after having the hearing test, the audiologist asked me if I had given any thought to hearing aids which, at that time, had not yet met with Dr Cox and did not know that my hearing loss was not going to be able to be helped in another way. The audiologist was nice, but I just felt it was too soon for him to be bringing up hearing aids before I had any knowledge of my appt outcome. The way my hearing loss came about rather quickly, I wasn’t thinking hearing aids to be my only option for help.
