What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Cox is a very nice doctor, very polite, but extremely busy from one patient to another, almost at the same time as your appointment. He leaves you goes take care of another patient and in a few minutes back to you, out of your room as soon as he is done. Very little time to discuss your situation or problems going on. He does ask you but you feel he really isn’t concern, passes it to his nurse to take care of it. When my son’s trach was put in, through Mid-Michigan hospital there was no training at the hospital to teach me his mom and caregiver when he went home. There was a respiratory nurse that came to our house after he went home, crammed the care of the trach in a matter of an hour and left. If it wasn’t for the internet I wouldn’t have remembered some things to be done and how to do it. Never seen Dr. Cox after his surgery for him to care how things were going. After coming home, the very next morning my son had pulled his trach out, panicking I didn’t know what to do at fir

Dr. Dudley is very personable and made me feel comfortable being there. He listened to my issues and discussed my options in a very caring manner. He looked at my medical history with this ENT office and explained the previous tests/CT that were performed a few years ago, that were related to my current issues. This was my first time seeing Dr. Dudley. I highly recommend him. A staff member who stood out, was Samantha, who was very pleasant and helpful.

The staff at Dr. Roden's office were helpful and friendly. Dr. Roden was easy to talk, and I felt comfortable explaining to him problems I have had with my ears. I felt I received very a thorough examination and plan to visit him again in the future.

Doctor Roden and staff are very good. I went there for a second opinion from my septoplasty from 20 years ago. He was honest sincere getting a straight answers and did not try to sell me anything or tell me something that was not true. I was referred to him from my doctors office based on his staff personal evaluation of her son that is treated by the doctor

Dr Cox and his staff are A+++++ . They are polite and friendly, and always accommodating to my schedule! Dr Cox is awesome! Takes the time to listen to my questions,concerns and inquiries. I am very happy with all of my interactions with Dr Cox and his staff !! Highly recommended
