This was hands down the best appointment my mom has had. Dr Cox clearly did the research before her appointment regarding her situation. He came into the room attentive, kind and informed. I would recommend him to anyone that needs an ent. Additionally, the entire staff at this office is incredible. Thank you so much for the peace of mind you gave us. 🙏

We love everyone at this office! Im not honestly very impressed by the quality of care in midland but this office EXCEEDS all standards of care. They really treat you awesome here!

Dr. Cox listened very carefully as to the reason why I was seeing him. He was very attentive to the problem I was having. I would recommend him to my friends and family. The staff was very friendly.

Couldn't ask for a better doctor. His explanations were crystal clear. He listened to any of my concerns. He told me everything for what I was to expect for the entire procedure. His work was painless but I was extremely worried about pain. He has the hands of an angel, highly recommend and wish to have him again if I ever need it!

My experience with Dr Roden was very good. He was very professional and easy to understand and talk with. His office got us in asap, where others could not. The one thing that was an inconvenience was he was on call at the hospital at the same time as our appointment. We drove a total of 2 1/2 hours to arrive and he was not there! That was upsetting.

Dr. Cox was very personable with my daughter. He spoke to her in a way she could understand and ensured her that the appt wasn’t for anything scary (like shots etc). Great with peds patients for sure!

He ask me good questions & I gave back honest answers. I do use my bi-pap a 100% it’s the only 2 get 6 or 7 hours of sleep,was really checked & receiving good info on onsite sleep . Com from D r Cox.

Dr Dudley recently removed our child’s tonsils and adenoids. He was very professional and thorough with discussion of what he was doing ahead of time, and how to care for her properly afterward. Very appreciative for his assistance and expertise.

It took me three months to get my first appointment. When I was in the waiting room for the appointment, I received an email saying that this appointment was cancelled. When I called the office I was told that they called my phone and left a voicemail. I had no missed calls or voicemail on my phone. I loved Dr Roden. He was prompt and personable. The office staff is who gave me grief. I had a lump by my ear that was growing and I couldn't get in for three months and then that appointment was cancelled at literally the last minute. I am not happy with the office staff.

Dr. Roden has been my doctor for several years, I am very happy with him....he understands that I am a whimp and I appreciate that so I really try hard to sit still. I strongly prefer to have him continue as my doctor but very pleased you are fully staffed.
