Dr. Dudley and his staff are very caring and genuinely care about you as a patient. Dr. Dudley knowing I lived 3 hrs away even offered to communicate by Portal and phone to follow up with a referral or any issues arising from today’s procedure putting patient’s needs first. Even your front reception knowing I had a new bank card that was malfunctioning had no problem with billing me. However we did get it ti work with the help of another reception co-worker. Dr. Dudley and his staff are the best! They treat patients as individuals are very organized. Dr. Dudley is the best doctor around, he is kind and very smart. My son does not like doctors offices but everyone in Dr Dudley's office makes him feel more comfortable, they put in extra effort to do this. This is a very special group of people.

I would say that we had to wait a long time to get an appointment for a new patient and then had to wait a long time for a surgery date and we expressed concern over prolonged issues that were causing reoccurring illnesses and that we didn’t want to sustain the antibiotic for that long until a surgery could be performed. So the long wait was frustrating…however, we liked Dr Cox and his team very much. The surgery went smoothly and was much needed. The pre and post surgical team and Dr were amazing. The hospital staff went out of their way to help and made him happy. Everyone was great!!! I would highly recommend, just advise about the wait time to get an appointment. Perhaps that’s the reason I guess.

I would tell my family and friends that this office did a very good job at conducting the test my surgeon had ordered and explaining the test results to me. I had only visited this office one time, to have a Laryngoscopy test that my surgeon had ordered as part of my pre-surgical requirements. The questions in the survey pertain to visiting this office multiple times. But, I only visited this office one time as a patient. I really liked the doctor. I felt as though I got appropriate care at this office.
