Dr Dudley was very friendly and he was open to listen to my concerns. He was professional and thorough . He explained things clearly and in detail and gave me options for further plans. I was disappointed and expected to see a summary of my visit and his notes on the patient portal but there is none. I would very much like to have that info available to me.

I would recommend Dr. Dudley to anyone having issues related to ENT. He is excellent in all ways. Dr. Dudley makes my kiddo feel comfortable and safe. I think his health plan for Dex makes total sense, he explains his plans clearly. He also is just a very nice person. That comes through in the visits.

Dr. Cox takes the time to listen. He understands when I say I rather try natural medicine to help with my symptoms. He is always very informative and helpful. The whole office is cordial and very pleasant. He and his crew are truly one of the best representatives of My Michigan medical centers.

Dr. Roden is knowledgeable, kind and listens to my concerns and works with me to try to figure out what my problem is. We still have not figured it out but I know Dr. Roden cares about my chronic pain.

Dr. Cox is a very polite & understanding person. Dad had surgery done by Dr. Cox in early [YEAR] & we were back to address an issue with his voice/throat. Dr. Cox did a scope of dad's throat & explained every step of what he was going to do. Highly recommend Dr. Cox!
