Dr. Cox has been a great support throughout my recovery journey. Even though he is an ENT Physician he truly listens and cares about my Substance Abuse Recovery. He always asks if I still go to meetings, working steps, and genuinely cares how things are going. He is fantastic!

Cox's office was fine but he ordered a CT scan and it is 43 days out. Not his fault but that is an unacceptable long amount of time.

Dr. Cox is an amazing provider and would recommend him to EVERYONE! The staff at his office are all amazing from walking in the door to the exit at check out. His nurse Melissa is very down to earth and always makes me feel at ease, important, and that I matter.

Was my first visit with Dr Cox and would highly recommend him! He was patient, kind, professional (but explained at my level of understanding), and I felt like he had wished he could give me better news. I did not feel rushed at all, which is hugely important to me!!! Office staff was very nice! One thing I was not comfortable with was after having the hearing test, the audiologist asked me if I had given any thought to hearing aids which, at that time, had not yet met with Dr Cox and did not know that my hearing loss was not going to be able to be helped in another way. The audiologist was nice, but I just felt it was too soon for him to be bringing up hearing aids before I had any knowledge of my appt outcome. The way my hearing loss came about rather quickly, I wasn’t thinking hearing aids to be my only option for help.

Dr. Cox and his staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I never felt rushed out of my appointment and the Dr took time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. I would highly recommend Dr Cox to anyone looking for an ENT!! AMAZING DR! AMAZING STAFF!!

Dr. Cox listens to my concerns and tells me what I can do to help. The staff is also very friendly. I always have fun when I go there.

Dr. Cox is easily my favorite provider out of them all for my son. I say this because he is so patient, kind, and compassionate. My child is autistic and has sensory sensitivity especially with his ears. Dr. Cox has always shown patience, genuine empathy and support. He takes his time with my child and shows him little tricks with his tools to make him laugh. He shows my child the light on his tool and lets him hold it and feel it and explains how it is gentle and won’t hurt him. He is also gracious with me as the mother. He told me last visit that I did a great job supporting my child while I had to intervene with a big hug to help Dr. Cox look in my child’s ears. His kind words meant a lot to me. Especially as a special needs mother. He has a warm and safe energy about him. I feel relaxed at his office. His staff is also great. With an autistic child waiting rooms and can be difficult and the receptionist was so understanding and patient with my son and his behavior.

This was an new appointment based on a referral from my PCP. It took several months (4) before I could get an appointment, but he is excellent as is the staff. He was very helpful. Everyone was professional and kind and competent. I would recommend him highly.

Dr. Cox and Melissa were kind and friendly. They were timely and were there to listen and answer all questions asked. Dr. Cox was able to give a list of options for treatment, but was not pushy at all. When I called with questions, Melissa called back with helpful information. Very pleased!

Dr. Cox is a knowledgeable, compassionate and conscientious provider. He is prepared before my exam with my portal medical information. A good listener, he focuses on my problem and provides solutions for me. I went to him with severe sinusitis and lack of smelling or tasting that had lasted 3 months. Had seen ER docs and Urgent Care providers with no results. I am grateful that Dr. Cox knew the misery I was in and provided help— I CAN NOW SMELL AND TASTE thanks to him.
