Very professional and courteous staff Dr Cox was very patient. Explained the whole process for the scan and made sure I was comfortable. He even updated me to on some issues I was confused about.

Dr Cox is very friendly, as is his staff. Our appointment was on time and everything was communicated well to us throughout our appointment. We will definitely be coming back for any other ENT concerns we have with any family members in the future.

Dr. Cox was absolutely wonderful and helped so much with my healing journey. He is so patient and understanding and really listens to all your issues without dismissing you or making you feel less than. He explains all procedures and options while he goes through them and makes sure you’re completely comfortable the whole time. I can’t recommend him enough.

Dr. Cox is honestly one of the best doctors I have ever met with. He is kind and patient, and he actually listens to you and your concerns. He explains fully what he’s going to do and your options before he even does them. I was super anxious during my appointment and he didn’t make me feel bad about it at all, he was so understanding. He is the first doctor I’ve ever been to to actually listen and help without judgment or brushing my worries aside.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Cox was really great to work with. He was always very thorough and answered all our questions. Dr. Cox was very patient with our child when she wouldn’t cooperate right away and never made us feel rushed during our appointments. He explained everything to us in great detail before our child had surgery with him! Overall we are very impressed with the staff and Dr. Cox himself.

Dr. Cox always listens to me and answers my questions. He was very patient waiting for me to sneeze six times after he cauterized my nose. We even had a few laughs. All the office staff is very friendly and efficient.
