This was only the second appointment I've had with Dr Cox. So far so good. Scheduled for surgery next month. I would refer Dr.Cox to friends or relatives based only on what my impressions are so far.

If a referral to Dr. Cox is suggested to you, do not hesitate…I always leave there knowing that I’ve been heard and that my care is important to him…he has many patients, but he makes you feel like you are the only one.

Could not find a better ENT Doctor or nursing and office staff. The hearing testing staff obviously hates their job, people and life. Still no reason to treat people badly, with disrespect and rude. Everyone else here is wonderful!

Dr. Cox and his staff are a great choice if you need care in the ear, nose or throat. Both very knowledgeable and caring, who listens to your concerns or opinions allowing you to feel comfortable after leaving. Easy to get to and a friendly comfortable setting.

Dr. Cox is friendly, caring and knowledgeable in his profession and the waiting rooms, reception area and lobby area are all nice and clean. He listens and cares about you and knows who to send you to when you need further care. It’s a great team!

We love Doctor Cox! He is so great with my son who is nervous about medical appointments. The office communication isn’t great (front desk) I.e. calling back, scheduling appointments.
