Dr & his finally staff were so kind & respectful! Dr R told me everything he would do before he dud it. I detest having a scope down my nose (but knew it was necessary) but Dr was very gentle & talked to.me yhrough the exam/scope; calmed me right down! The scope does not hurt, it's just uncomfortable. I will recommend this office to everyone!

We need more doctors that are as competent, knowledgeable, professional and personable as Dr. Roden. I have recommended Dr. Roden to friends and family members who are all of the same opinion after being seen by Dr. Roden, he is exceptional. Dr. Roden is not the norm but should be. His staff is professional and friendly.

MidMichigan Audiology, its staff, its facility, Dr. Roden, Dr. Hall and their responsiveness and excellence are a huge asset in a community where excellent health care is the norm. I have recommended the facility and its doctors to four or five friends, two of whom report similar high marks for superior service. We are fortunate to have consistent access to the good care at MidMichigan Audiology.

I felt heard and respected and was very appreciative that Dr. Rodan looked at my chart before he saw me. I never see that anymore at drs offices and it was very refreshing. He was helpful and caring.
