My experience with Dr Roden was very good. He was very professional and easy to understand and talk with. His office got us in asap, where others could not. The one thing that was an inconvenience was he was on call at the hospital at the same time as our appointment. We drove a total of 2 1/2 hours to arrive and he was not there! That was upsetting.

It took me three months to get my first appointment. When I was in the waiting room for the appointment, I received an email saying that this appointment was cancelled. When I called the office I was told that they called my phone and left a voicemail. I had no missed calls or voicemail on my phone. I loved Dr Roden. He was prompt and personable. The office staff is who gave me grief. I had a lump by my ear that was growing and I couldn't get in for three months and then that appointment was cancelled at literally the last minute. I am not happy with the office staff.

Dr. Roden has been my doctor for several years, I am very happy with him....he understands that I am a whimp and I appreciate that so I really try hard to sit still. I strongly prefer to have him continue as my doctor but very pleased you are fully staffed.

Dr Roden is great. I first met him while being an in patient and really liked him. He genuinely cares about his patients and listens carefully and choose the best treatment options for you. I switched from a Bay City ENT to him and do not regret it one bit. He has helped me more in the four months I’ve been with him than the eight years I was with the Bay City Dr. I would highly recommend him.

Over all his staff was very friendly. I felt like I got some answers for issues iv been having for years, that no one really took seriously. Id definitely recommend family and friends to him .

Dr. Was very nice and explained everything well, he asked permission to touch me every time he had to touch me. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. Probably the best doctor I've ever seen. Very nice and polite also, and listened to what I had to say.

Dr Roden was very good explaining each step he was doing, and he was very concerning about your issue. We was in the ER and got an appointment to see him with a couple hours, which was outstanding. Examined my husband, and set up a game plan immediately. We have a new ENT! Thank you!
