What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I went for a consult & second opinion & Dr ignored my request. Said that I should go to the first Dr that I saw. My primary Dr made the referral. Never sent her a report. He wasn’t interested in helping me with a diagnosed growth or polip on my cat scan

Dr. Roden takes time to listen to my concerns. He explains options in an easy to understand way. He is also very gentle and explained what he was going to do before he did it.

Dr. Roden is such an amazing, understanding, courteous and down-to-earth doctor that I have ever met. Dr. Roden is so professional, so gentle, so caring and so gracious. He just Wow's me every time I see him. Thank you Dr. Roden for being my ENT doctor.

Dr. Roden took the time to listen and explain to me what was going on with my hearing and what my options are. Dr. Hull (audiologist) was also very professional in conducting my hearing test and explaining my hearing aid options. Both Doctors were great and I appreciate their courtesy and professionalism.

Knowledgeable in relation to what specifically I came in for, medication I was taking, allergies, etc.. Didn’t feel rushed, good listening skills and personable.

I was greeted when I arrived and was taken to an exam room shortly thereafter. The nurse was very thorough and friendly. As soon as she was done Dr.Roden arrived and arranged a hearing test with an audiologist which was promptly done. Dr. Roden then reviewed the results and explained everything including my best options very clearly. He was very kind, attentive and thorough throughout my appointment. I would highly recommend him and his office.

Dr. Red den was very pleasant. The audiologist, however, was rude and not helpful at all. Hull had no bedside manner. I was told I needed hearing aids, insurance wouldn't cover, they cost $5000, and good luck. Would NOT recommend.
