I would say dr is a good ent, however the inability to contact the office, all automated no one to speak with. Leave multiple messages no response therefore I would tell them to go elsewhere. I am currently living this.

I like that he listens and offered to call instead of coming to office for follow up so I did not have to pay an extra office visit fee.
