The office staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Roden was on time . He was very professional . He explained everything he was going to do and as he was doing it. He was also gentle while performing my exam.

Find someone else! Doctor is very nice and fast to get you in, evaluate you & schedule surgery. However, they are not very good at keeping your follow up appointments. The ladies in the office are not always the nicest people. When you ask to see another provider they want to send you to Mt. Pleasant & not accept you back for 3 years. Not impressed with the communication in the office and the way the office staff treated me. Doctor again is very nice but does not keep follow ups.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Roden is the most caring doctor I have encountered in the Midland area. He follows through with test results, personally calls to discuss options of necessary procedures and listens to how I feel. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for an A+ doctor and staff.

Dr Roden is caring and listens to my on going health challenges. Dr informed me of the scope procedure, noting how he didn’t want to hurt me. He didn’t! I’m eager to return to his care on [details removed for patient privacy]. Grateful for Dr Roden.
