Dr. Dudley and has team are amazing! They took such amazing care of our baby and answered all the parent questions and fears we had for upcoming surgery. Surgery was executed flawlessly and so was the follow up appointment! We will continue to see Dr. Dudley and his team for any further ENT needs we shall encounter. Thank you again for all you do💜

Dr. Dudley is an amazing doctor, my daughter had her tonsils removed and Samuel Dudley did a great job. He was very attentive and explained everything in a very understandable manner. I would really recommend him, very professional.

I think Dr Dudley is a great provider - very knowledgable but also listens to his patients and makes sure they understand the care plan. I only wish that the office might have a PA or similar who could be able to help enable acute appointments. It is very difficult to get into the office quickly. Thankfully he is easy to communicate with through mychart and that helps with the difficulty of being seen quickly. This may just be a feature of a specialist and my own pcp preferring me to stick with him for Sinus issues.

Very personable. Explained things so my [AGE] yr old would understand. Dr. Dudley helped ease her fear about surgery and anesthesia. Although pediatric care isn't his specialty, he was great with my kiddo.

This office is and high demand apparently because although my son had his sleep study and July. He still was not able to be seen by this office until mid November. Furthermore his procedure that is necessary, yet however deemed not emergent, has been set for February. I presently do have concerns regarding my sons sleep apnea diagnosis, and how long it will take for him to actually have some type of resolution. Outside of this the staff and provider at this office have been very helpful.

Dr Dudley is really a nice person. He made sure my hearing health is excellent. Explained in detail what to look for and return if needed. Office staff did excellent on checking me and out. Thank you for taking care of me.

Dr. Dudley is great. Trying to get the staff to respond to your call or voicemail is another story. I called the office with a severe nosebleed. I was on hold for 58 minutes. At the 42 minute point, my sister came to my house, picked me up, and we got in the car. I hung up somewhere along the way. We went to the office. Upon arrival, I heard the receptionist (at the check-out desk) leaving a voicemail for me. I spoke with the "check-in receptionist" and she was very kind & empathetic. Fortunately, Dr. Dudley agreed to see me, and cauterized the blood vessels in my nose that were bleeding. Before leaving, I stopped at the check-out desk. I said Dr. Dudley wanted to see me again in 2-3 weeks, and I would rather it be closer to 2 weeks. She made the appointment for 3 weeks + 1 day. I asked if it could be any sooner and she just repeated the same date and time. She really had no empathy, and it didn't look as though she was even trying or caring about me. I took the appt. and left.

Seems like a really kind guy, great sense of humor, excellent rapport. His charting is a little weird, almost like stream of consciousness, but it’s comprehensive and accurate. I’d let him come at me with a scalpel.

I’ve only had the pleasure of seeing this provider once. That being said, it was overall a good appointment. I had somewhat of a complex situation happening and a lot of various symptoms that I couldn’t really make sense of. Dr. Dudley patiently listened while I did my best to explain what exactly had led up to my visit with him. He is a very kind doctor and will do his best to listen to your issues while thinking of the best plan of action for you. He is also highly knowledgeable and reviews scans along with any pertinent recent medical records you have prior to making suggestions. Dr. Dudley also explains things very well and speaks somewhat softly which helps put you at ease. Great doctor to work with. I would recommend him.
