That Dr. Dudley is an excellent, intelligent person, who listen & explains in a way that I could relate to. Recommends practical & medical advice to alleviate my problems. By the way it works . I highly recommend him for anybody who needs his expertise. I’m so glad I got him as my ENT doctor.

My experience was very positive with the exception of the wait time. I was instructed to arrive 15 minutes early and was called into a room over half an hour after my scheduled appointment.

Knowledgeable and friendly. Figured out my throat issue and was able to show me. Technology is great! Heads up, he didn’t wear a white lab coat (which is okay), seemed tired, and yawned while we were talking. My appointment was after lunch, so maybe morning appointments are better.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Dudley was excellent in helping with my hearing lose. After going to urgent care several times with getting no help for my ear left me frustrated and wondering if I would ever get my hearing back again. Then I received a referral to Dr Dudley’s office and finally getting my hearing back with tube in left ear. Dr Dudley is excellent if anyone has issues with there hearing I would recommend Dr Dudley.

I saw Dr. Dudley one time as a specialist referral by my primary care doctor. My visit and outcome were excellent and I would see him again if needed.

First visit and he made some suggestions on how to deal with my problem and wants to follow up in a month to see how it's going.

Office staff are courteous and friendly. His nurse assistant was very friendly and explained everything as we went ahead with procedure. Dr Dudley was well informed and friendly he also explained everything as we went through the procedures.

We waited over an HOUR to see the doctor, unacceptable. Either schedule less patients or create measurable to stay ON TIME.

Long wait, seems unorganized, not the greatest “bed side manners”. I don’t recommend this provider for an infant to be seen. Go somewhere else that specializes more with infants.

Dr. Dudley has helped me with the sinus issues I’ne been experiencing for more than a year and appreciate his care. It’s a 50 minute drive for me, but worth the drive.

I was very pleased with Dr Dudley and the office staff. He was attentive to what I had to say and very articulate in what I needed to do . I was also encouraged to contact him thru my chart which was very reassuring. It was also very nice to NOT wait more than 10 minutes for the appointment to begin .
It us if note that I had a referral to another Dr in the same office with a very timely wait ( months) and due to a conflict in scheduling with my original appointment ( needed to move further out ) I was offered to see Dr Dudley sooner and agreed . I’m very pleased with Dr Dudley and wish I would have had the referral to him originally.
