It took 3 months just to get in to see him. Dr. Dudley was very friendly, competent and listened well to my concerns. I would recommend him to others. He gave me a thorough exam and cleaned my ears and gave me helpful medicines and procedures to fix my problems.

I was so impressed with Dr Dudley and his staff! Everyone was extremely friendly and appeared eager to make sure that I understood exactly what was going on and what my results were as well as what the course of therapy was going to be. It was such a happy office to be in, I had a grin on my face just from listening to the interactions of the staff.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I was so impressed with the speed in which they got me into the appointment, less than a week from the referral until I could be seen. The staff was funny, courteous, and empathetic! Everyone I interacted with made sure I understood what was going on and what the treatment plan would be and made sure that any questions that I had or answered quickly and completely! An added bonus.. The staff was all enjoying their day laughing and joking (work appropriately) with each other which made the office a very pleasant place to be.

Dr Dudley and his nursing and operating staff are EXTREMELY AWESOME PEOPLE very caring and devoted to their patient and the patient family

Dr Dudley is amazing as well as his nurses. His receptionist and surgery scheduler not so much. They need to do better. My son has been scheduled for surgery incorrectly multiple times by the same surgery scheduler and he is never apologetic or accommodating even though I also work as a receptionist/scheduler and know that if we pay attention errors like this do not happen and they shouldn’t three times because this is poor patient care. My son has now almost waited a year for this surgery due to being rescheduled for yet a third time.

This appointment was a referral from my primary care provider. It took months to get an appointment and then it had to be rescheduled for several more months in the future. Perhaps this was because my issue was not severe or acute, but it was still disappointing to wait so long for an appointment. Dr. Dudley himself seemed excellent and everyone on the staff that I interacted with was pleasant and professional, including the audiologist.

Took the time to provide care after surgery and making sure I was comfortable getting my post op splints out even though it was a painful process

Dr Dudley and staff are all very friendly and upbeat. The staff runs the office in a very efficient manner keeping appointments on schedule. Dr Dudley is excellent in explaining conditions, procedures and all concerns. Highly recommend!
