Dr Dudley was very friendly and he was open to listen to my concerns. He was professional and thorough . He explained things clearly and in detail and gave me options for further plans. I was disappointed and expected to see a summary of my visit and his notes on the patient portal but there is none. I would very much like to have that info available to me.

I would recommend Dr. Dudley to anyone having issues related to ENT. He is excellent in all ways. Dr. Dudley makes my kiddo feel comfortable and safe. I think his health plan for Dex makes total sense, he explains his plans clearly. He also is just a very nice person. That comes through in the visits.

Dr. Dudley was very willing to listen and help, tried to determine part of my concerns, but didn’t assess the other concern while doing a scope procedure. As busy as he was it was seemingly overlooked. Unfortunately this missed step leaves me with questions unanswered. So, be sure to make a list of concerns and ask how will they be assessed during your visit. Dr. Dudley is very knowledgeable and I would recommend his services. He did offer a referral to a different specialist to repeat a procedure to possibly address my remaining concerns.

Couldn't ask for a better doctor. His explanations were crystal clear. He listened to any of my concerns. He told me everything for what I was to expect for the entire procedure. His work was painless but I was extremely worried about pain. He has the hands of an angel, highly recommend and wish to have him again if I ever need it!

Excellent doctor, explains, what he is going to do before doing it. I had a throat problem and I was a bit nervous about having a tube going down my throat without being put under and he went down my nose. Kind, respectful, listened to all concerns and answered questions. Did call and reschedule apt twice due to surgery doc was scheduled for. Forst time rescheduled was more than enough time to make adjustments for work, second time was only a week prior to apt.

My mom was referred to doctor Dudley from the MyMichigan Urgent Care. Her office visit on [DATE] was timely and very helpful. Dr. Dudley was very kind and explained what he would suggest doing next to try and find out what the sudden lump appeared on the left side of her neck. I was very impressed. His knowledge and very courteous chair side manor made my mom feel very comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Dudley!

Dr, Dudley is an un assuming profession who serves his patients with respect, care and competency. I have already referred a family member to him for specialized care.
