Couldn't ask for a better doctor. His explanations were crystal clear. He listened to any of my concerns. He told me everything for what I was to expect for the entire procedure. His work was painless but I was extremely worried about pain. He has the hands of an angel, highly recommend and wish to have him again if I ever need it!

Dr Dudley recently removed our child’s tonsils and adenoids. He was very professional and thorough with discussion of what he was doing ahead of time, and how to care for her properly afterward. Very appreciative for his assistance and expertise.

Excellent doctor, explains, what he is going to do before doing it. I had a throat problem and I was a bit nervous about having a tube going down my throat without being put under and he went down my nose. Explained it all before and and I felt very comfortable while he was doing it and explained what he had seen after the procedure. [Removed portion that offers no content for this review]

Kind, respectful, listened to all concerns and answered questions. Did call and reschedule apt twice due to surgery doc was scheduled for. Forst time rescheduled was more than enough time to make adjustments for work, second time was only a week prior to apt.

My mom was referred to doctor Dudley from the MyMichigan Urgent Care. Her office visit on [DATE] was timely and very helpful. Dr. Dudley was very kind and explained what he would suggest doing next to try and find out what the sudden lump appeared on the left side of her neck. I was very impressed. His knowledge and very courteous chair side manor made my mom feel very comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Dudley!

We love this office and staff! Dr Dudley is so good with kids, especially if they’re scared in office. He was kind, patient and took the time to make sure our children felt they were the most important people in the room during their visit. Thankful for this office

Dr Dudley is an AMAZING physician. I would highly recommend to anyone with kids that may have ENT concerns. The staff was also top notch, both front desk and clinical. My only recommendation is to make the office slightly more kid friendly. We appreciated the stickers! Maybe brighter colors/wall decor to incorporate both kids and adults. Even something as simple as suckers or coloring books. However, still 10/10 for the office!

Despite Dr Dudley being located about 30 to 45 minutes away from where we live; the care that we received and the way that we were treated was all the difference I would recommend their services for ENT and I will also recommend my Michigan, Midland for any type of surgical procedure.

Dr Dudley did a great job explaining how everything g was going to work and that’s exactly what happened which made me feel prepared for post surgery care for my son. Dr. Dudley is knowledgeable, competent and always listens carefully. He creates a relaxed, comfortable environment. A drawback is that it took months before we could get in to see him. However, follow up appointments have been scheduled in a timely fashion

Dr Dudley and his nurse were wonderful, our appointment was at 9am with a 845am arrival time. Checked in at 845, roomed at 940, saw an audiologist and then saw the provider. I had an anxious [AGE] year old waiting and the waiting room was bare. No magazines to talk about, TV was off. We watched the waiting room fill and empty before being roomed. I verified with registration at 920 that we had been checked in and the receptionist was upset, and said “there’s three providers today they’re very busy” I understand limitations on space and support staff, I’m a [OCCUPATION] myself. I also understand getting called back in different orders based on availability, but to be running 40 minutes behind so early in the day, due to having too many providers seems to be a facility size/too few support staff issue, not a provider/nurse issue. Maybe cut back appointments on days with additional providers? We traveled 3 hours for this appointment.
