It’s a good place. The young man who did a device check was informative and really was exceptional, which is something I’ve never had before in the six years that I’ve had a pacemaker. I didn’t have to sit this time 45 mins in the waiting room for a device check and another 40 mins. to see Dr. Kassas. This time and visit excellent.

He is a very good doctor. It would be helpful to receive written discharge instructions after the appointment. Changes made to medications and follow up appointments should be written to ensure compliance.

I am sure I could find a cardiologist closer to my home but I completely trust Dr. Kassis and he has always taken time to explain things to me and listens to me. I will continue to travel to keep him as my cardiologist.

We love Dr. Kassas! He listens to out concerns and is willing to explore options and ideas, and respects our concerns. Scheduling for procedures between the Owosso and Saginaw offices is a mess, though. The communication between hospital scheduling and the office person seems inefficient and can be very confusing.

Dr Kassas is one of the most caring and amazing doctors that myself and my family have ever been treated by. Absolutely love this doctor and will continue to see him for care as long as I possibly can. I hope that he continues to practice for many many more years.

Dr. Kassas has been extremely good in identifying the problems and the best methods of caring for those problems. It is such a wonderful gift to have this facility and the outstanding providers in our community. It is so reassuring to feel you are in the hands of the best care team in the area.
