Very strange visit. Dr didn't listen or acknowledge my concerns, made me feel like it was unnecessary to be there

We were grateful for the care and expertise he provided to our sister, [Name] in the short time he was her cardiologist. We are only switching cardiologists because her Aetna insurance will no longer be accepted.

Waited an hr to be seen then Dr wasn’t able to review the images only the report [Removed details about patient's symptoms for privacy]. Dr said he or his nurse would call the next day with a more definite recommendation/plan, which Never happened!!

Dr Kassas his respectful polite, and explains things in an easy to understand matter. Appointments are kept on time and he has a great personality. His office staff is beyond perfect

Dr. Kassas is a kind, shows compassion and concern for what his patients are going through. He explains things well so you can understand them. I would recommend him for your cardiac care.
