We love Dr. Kassas! He listens to out concerns and is willing to explore options and ideas, and respects our concerns. Scheduling for procedures between the Owosso and Saginaw offices is a mess, though. The communication between hospital scheduling and the office person seems inefficient and can be very confusing.

Dr Kassas is one of the most caring and amazing doctors that myself and my family have ever been treated by. Absolutely love this doctor and will continue to see him for care as long as I possibly can. I hope that he continues to practice for many many more years.

Dr. Kassas has been extremely good in identifying the problems and the best methods of caring for those problems. It is such a wonderful gift to have this facility and the outstanding providers in our community. It is so reassuring to feel you are in the hands of the best care team in the area.

Excellent doctor in assessing my needs and providing services which have improved my quality of life. Highly competent staff in terms of prescription maintenance, scheduling and follow ups. Very professional and friendly. The patient portal is a very valuable tool in managing my health. Impressed with the level of detail.

Dr. Kassas, his nurse and staff were very kind and helpful. Dr. Kassas explained the answers to some of my questions and referred me directly to an electrophysiologist in their practice. I am trusting the process. While I know, I have a pacemaker, I felt that there was more involved with my heart and the effusion than just the pacemaker, but this is why I say that I have to trust that perhaps the EP may have some feedback on the reason for my pericardial Effusion

Waited in exam room far to long. I came in early to accommodate the doctor then waited one and a half hours for a ten minute visit. I have responsibilities a noon appointment doesn't mean 1:30.
