I loved Dr Chen. I didn’t like the fact that I have to download my own test orders as I am not good on the computer! Not sure how I will get them. No one has called back with appointments as the lady as the desk said she would.

Dr. Chen listened to all my questions and concerns, and answered every one of them. She explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or like Dr. Chen was in a hurry to complete my visit. I feel very confident having Dr. Chen as the physician to perform the procedure that I need. She is very friendly and professional, and I found her to be a calming presence.

Was only one visit. We discussed my situation and it was agreed that I did not need further treatment at this time. I was advised to monitor my BP and heart rate and call if heart rate got above 129 on a consistent basis and if my BP dropped significantly.

Doctor Chen was very kind and caring. She explained test results thoroughly and answered our questions so we could understand everything. She made an adjustment to one medication and we are so happy that my husband is seeing positive results so soon. We are very satisfied with our visit to Doctor Chen's office.
