Everyone that works in that department is outstanding

Absolutely nothing. The use of the skeleton as a visual aid was extremely helpful

Her ability to multi task, she was training a new doctor, working in a new office & graciously made a new patient feel heard.

There seemed to be a very crowded waiting room and a long wait to check in and out with only one attendant at the window

All of the staff I came in contact with were absolutely wonderful. From Matt at registration to the Doc's nurse and the Doc himself.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I have zero complaints or answers for this question.

Dr. Salib and the attending nurse were wonderful. Dr. Salib actually listened to my issue. The shots have relieved the buttock pain that I have suffered for years. Thank you so very much.

I appreciate the friendliness that I received. Everyone went out of there way to make me feel comfortable. It was my first time seeing Dr. Salib and he was very nice and professional. He explained my results so I could understand them. His nurse was very nice too!

The staff is alway's friendly
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing really I've been to this facility since back in 2012..and there have been many staff members passing through there. didn't have a problem with any of them! ??

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Excellent, with describing how the cortisone shot was going to work. But wish we would have went over just incase pain medication. I don't like to take it but back to work and in massive pain. But other than that great place.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I think he handles himself quite well. Thank you and your staff for all that you do. Just wish we would have talked about when I get back to work pain management. Before the cortisone shot.

Dr Salib is very easy to talk to and is very understanding and the staff are all amazing.

I felt heard and respected regarding my pain. He explained things clearly and was very patient. It made me feel hopeful about my treatment.

Nurse Anna was very nice.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I arrived on time, but was not seen until more than an hour past the appointment time. That is Unacceptable. This office has been going through change, but lacks organization and leadership. Appointment times are always being changed due to the doctors changing their schedules. I don't look forward to going to my next appointment. My confidence in receiving relief from my pain has been shaken.

I know there are many people with constant pain. It's hard with this pain to wait 3 weeks for an epidural. This says a lot for the doctor's skills and knowledge. Everyone wants to see him. The office staff was very helpful. I'm thankful
