From the time I checked in the receptionist was VERY friendly, we had a nice conversation The nurse was also very friendly and answered some of my questions T hey were very helpful in getting my fist visit with the doctor set up sooner I am very pleased so far

I really felt like I was being heard. This was my first visit. She let me know what we can try and I let her know what I have tried and don't do or I do at home cause physical therapist said there is nothing else they can do which I understand.

Dr. Shanks was amazing she made me feel wonderful about my needs for the first time I finally found someone to listen to me and understand me and start to come up with a good plan that was not all about medications she is amazing and I am a complicated patient, because of all the health issues i've had and everything i've gone through, and she listened to me thoroughly. Thank you so much

Dr. Ashley is friendly and kind. She always tries to help with anything that is bothering you or what is on your mind. I trust her completely. She understands my special kidney condition.

I am a new patient so don't have a lot of feedback yet. But I am satisfied so far. My only concern is they are so busy as and that makes appointments so far out.

My 1st time and New patient I was treated well and the RN and NP Ashley were very thorough and set me up for pain injections next week. I was happy how office staff and Medical team were very accommodating.

It was my first time visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ashley ordered a test so she could see exactly where my pain was coming from and how to treat it. I am looking forward to having this test done, so I can start treatment for the pain. The pain is starting to really upset me. It has not been a fun way to live, so I'm sure Ashley will find a way to help me.
