Ashley and the staff are always professional, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend them to people I care about and I think that says a lot.

being an established patient, it took from [dates] to get an appointment. this is not acceptable at all. an established patient should not have to wait that long as once the patient is seen, then it is at least another two weeks to have a procedure done. this office needs to get more help.,

Ariana ‘inherited’ me as a patient when she joined the practice. At my first appointment, I was impressed that she knew so much about my leg issues, past interventions, and had a plan for future treatment. She listened carefully, offered additional information, answered my questions, and did not preform an invasive and painful physical assessment like Ive experienced in past.
I’m grateful to be Ariana’s patient.

She got me in right away. Scheduled me for a pain shot. Then called me at home with a sooner appt. I was pleased.

The doctor here is caring and professional, but the office policies and procedures are terrible. I was told I had to wait a full week before even being seen, while already out of medication and in severe pain. Their “solution” was to tell me to go to the emergency room — which I cannot afford to do every time I need help. This should be a quick appointment, not a drawn-out process. On top of that, the doctor only works two days a week, which makes access even harder. The policies here leave patients suffering, no matter how good the doctor is.

I've only had one appointment at this time, but, so far so good. I really felt like she listened to me and I'm hopeful for the treatment plan she laid out for me. Any pain relief is welcomed at this point.

Excellent facility and Ashley is genuinely caring and highly educated an outstanding PA. My only regret is my other Dr. didn’t send me there sooner!

Dr Ashley Wolosonowich is a wonderful doctor who truly has cared about my server and chronic pain. She has always given me sound medical advice and attention. She's a pure joy to be with. Her staff is amazing! Cristi and Brittany always are there for me. They always give me the very best schedule for all my appointments. They're a joy to be around.

I really like her but it’s super hard to get appointments. Then at appointments she only discusses each body part at separate appointments so I never am able to discuss my entire pain issues and it takes so long in between appointments and treatments that we will never get to all my pain issue areas unfortunately. I really like her and the staff but it falls short because I can’t get everything taken care of and we never discuss all my pain.

This is not a reflection of the staff or of the doctor. But the time that it takes to get scheduled for the final pain relief treatment is ridiculous. In my experience it can take 4-6 weeks just to get to see the doctor, and then another 4-6 weeks to schedule the treatment. And this is for people coming to you because they are in pain!

The front desk staff seems very overwhelmed. You cant get an appointment when you need but the medical staff is very friendly and helpful.
