Anna is a great listener & very attentative. She works with me to give several options for my pain relief. It's important to me that I am able to have control over my health decisions.

She rushes you through appointment. She knew I was out of my pain medication. I understand need for drug screening. But results came back in two days, yet I was expected to wait two weeks.

I appreciate that Ariana has worked with me to schedule appointments to plan procedures as soon as needed. What I could wish for would be to be able to schedule the procedures when I need them.

It's taking quite a while to receive treatment for my problems. Have a friend who decided to go to an office in Ionia and she has received two shots already. Another month before I'm scheduled for a shot. Think the last time I received a shot was in May.
