The wait times for appointments is extremely long and wait time for treatment is not realistic but the staff and doctor were very professional.

She and the staff are friendly and she takes the time to sit and discuss the issues I personally have. She comes up with things to try and medication that provides relief. I always feel good after leaving her office

I didn't like that nothing could be done on my first visit until my drug test results came back. But I understand there's state laws and regulations that they need to follow. It kind of felt like I was going to a probation office more than a doctor's appointment on the first appointment. Lol 😆. But a week later when I came back Ashley was very nice and explain things and said she was going to work with me. I'm trying to get my pain managed.

Arianna is very caring and attentive. She listens and we discuss together what the best plan is for my care. I am feeling better than I have in months. My physical activity has increased from my injections .

Arianna is great about working to diagnose my back issues. She is knowledgeable about how to prescribe medication doses to avoid side effects. Getting appointments in a timely manner, and the amount of time spent with the provider are not good.

Dr Ashley Wolosonowich is a wonderful neurologist! She's kind, warm, caring and knows exactly how to help me. Her staff is outstanding! Kristi always makes my future appointments and Brittany is the awesome person who schedules my appointments with Dr Rogg. The front associates always greet me a wonderful smile and know me. I'm not just a patient to them.

Yes, it is a wonderful new addition to west branch. The wait time for appointments is longer than I’d like. But I understand this practice is a busy one and does its best to accommodate patients. They often offer being on a cancellation list and that is helpful.
