My experience with Ariana Schempp is great. She is prompt don’t keep you waiting. She and. All your questions. Uses words you can understand. Staff is also excellent. I would recommend anyone to go to her.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I am trying office out as it's closer than previous provider. Liked the After Visit Summary -showed someone actually listened. There are a few questionable comments but I am not concerned at this point. Overall, am satisfied so far but be prepared to wait forever to get appointments. My last attempt was scheduled 4 months ago ([DATE]) and the office cancelled me a day or so beforehand. I went back to previous provider hoping for relief, meantime rescheduling with you for another try, which was this appointment. Hopefully this will work out great. Thanks for asking.

She was very dismissive of me and my questions. She offered no other options other than pain medication. She spent less than 10 minutes with me.

Not as respectful as they could be.in many situations. Seeing so many people they are not able to take care of appts or procedures in any kind of timely manner. This is not pain management. Felt I was t important if I wasn’t requesting a procedure. Not sure I felt at all satisfied when I asked to go over recent mri. Not sure they had looked at comparisons. Very hurried.

I really like Ashley. My biggest complaint was every time I called the office no one was available to answer the phone. I think once I actually got through. Anytime I talked to the staff they were very nice but no one was answering when I called and it was during office hours.

I feel like Ariana has a good comprehensive knowledge of her field. However, it takes a very long time to get an appointment with her; in the last year, she has canceled two of my appointments which was surprising.

Ashley is someone I trust and respect. She looks out for your best interests. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and concerned about providing the correct procedures for my spinal pain issues. I highly recommend Ashley and Dr. Rogg. Dr. Rogg is also an amazing physician. His expertise and skills are the best. He always asks if I have any questions or concerns. They are both a top notch team.
