I am happy with Ashley and the care and respect she has provided. My only complaint is the long wait to get an appointment.

Ariana is incredibly kind and patient. She seems to get a feel for her pts and speaks to them in their own comfort zone if that makes sense. And her staff are very kind as well.

Was a short visit but I was under the impression that I was going to get treatment when I went there. I was disappointed that it took over a couple of months for the appointment then was given an appointment several weeks after the office visit. I think that what they could have done everything with a virtual meeting.

Ashley is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. The staff are helpful and do their best to help you.
If you unfortunately need a pain clinic I definitely recommend them, they make being in pain more tolerable.

Ashley has always been knowledgeable, professional, friendly and easy to talk to. The staff at the clinic is very friendly and goes out of their way to make things easier. I would definitely recommend them to someone I care about and I think that says a lot.

Go somewhere else! They are more about making money w # of patients they can see than getting the ones they have appts for treatments to manage pain. 8 weeks out for appts is ridiculous when u r in pain! Feels like no one cares!

Need to keep her in the room for more than 8 minutes to explain your situation. It’s like she is to busy to really talk to you about your situation. (Assembly line reaction) little talk more test more money for the doctors and the hospitals.

You should be prepared to ask questions about the procedures and the results. Everyone was courteous and willing to answer questions, but I think more time should be spent explaining the tests that will be given and the results after the tests. I was asked about my medications but was not told much about new medication that was perscribed and how that would interact with current medication.
