I was disappointed at the brief evaluation of my concerns. The fact that it had not been a year since my surgery, which I was unaware of, prevents them from treatment. I was very unhappy about that. I was expecting that the pain center had other treatments other than injections that could have been used.

I would tell any friend that I was lucky to get in as quick as I did, but it normally takes a long time to get in. I would also say from what little experience I had she was in and out in five minutes I didn’t really feel like I was her attention or focus. I felt like boom and I’m out of here, let’s move onto the next person. I’m not for sure she knew what I was going through.

Ashley, and her staff are the most kind and sweetest people I wish I had been going to the spine and pain in west branch a long time ago and I’m so glad she’s my doctor and she is taking good care of me.

This office is run smoothly with outstanding courteous service. My n last appointment was 20 minutes late. That is not the norm for them. Usually appointments are early or on time. You feel like you are their own patient.

Ashley was wonderful and explained the results of my MRI and is very easy to talk to. I’ve had chronic pain for many years and some Drs make you feel like it’s all in your head and don’t listen very well. Ashley and her staff were great.

Getting a timely appointment is difficult. I recommended her office to a friend, he called three times and left a message and was never called back. This was over a year ago.

Ashley is a very comptent provider and I would recommend her. The only negative of note is the inability to get through to the office by phone. It takes numerous attempts as most of the voicemails left for the office (not Ashley) are not returned.
