Ashley is always respectful and thorough. She listens and takes the time to explain options to help with the pain and a course of action to improve it. My goal is to get help that will give me better quality of life, that will make it possible to remain active, without strong pain medication or another surgery on my spine. Ashley has the same goal in mind for me.

If you need follow up appts they are never in the time frame that ashley gave you if you need a appt a week after procedure you are lucky if you can get one 1 within a month

Ashley and her team are amazing. From the receptionist to the nurses and other staff. It's nice to know some is fighting and helping when you need it most. I would recommend this office to everyone.

This medical group and all the staff are great however they are really popular so they are really overloaded with patients so getting into see them sometimes takes some time & understanding

So happy and satisfied to now be under their care. The 3 step pro I’m set to begin has such a long wait time. I understand the wait time for procedure appts due to insurance approval however I am scheduled for a procedure at [ ] end of [MONTH] with the follow up with your office the end of [MONTH], hope I can make sufficient notes regarding the 4 hour window results for the testing. The second step I’m guessing could be the same appointment wait time. While I can somewhat understand, at the same time with the pain continuing to worsen a situation that can at times seem intolerable becomes months of waiting. The office let me know when I asked that I could call on certain days of the week to check for cancellation slots. I plan to do this to help move four it faster. Thank you

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
The intake appointment was scheduled 5 weeks out, which, I believe was too far out. However, stopping by in person got an appointment 3 days later, and that was outstanding. The procedure being scheduled 3 weeks out is also a little disappointing. However, we were encouraged to check back frequently for any sooner openings, and that is a very welcoming and encouraging act. Those are the only criticisms we have, and I know the staff can't be held accountable for availability or lack there of. Everything and everyone else from the front desk, to the nurse aid, to Ashley were all exceptional. Their friendliness, professionalism, knowledge, and empathy were all top shelf. We can't say enough good things about the staff and service. Thank you.
