Amanda is always very thorough and answers my questions and concerns with detail. I never feel like im getting the okie-doke and leave feeling informed. Her staff is always just as pleasant. Im new to this clinc, but would still recommend it to anyone neededing pain management.

Needed a Dr to remove my SCS trial and needed it around [DATE] and her office was able to accommodate my needs. Everyone was very professional and nice would recommend her and her team to anyone

Always wonderful visit with doctors and staff. Very considerate of the patient. It was very nice meeting the doctor in staff. He will be a good addition.

Amanda has the unique ability to seem personable yet stay on the professional realm. However, to be honest with you, you guys need to get your ducks in a row because if we are a patient at this location, we are in lots of pain and to have all these scheduling conflicts and not be able to get in when a patient is needed to be in in order to be in and we have to go out three months beyond that is unacceptable. You should bring in another group to cover the transition it should not be at the patient’s detriment.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Ms Radocy and her staff of medical Professionals have been providing outstanding pain diagnosis and excellent treatment for the last two years. With multiple joint replacements and extensive back surgery, Ms Radocy took the time to evaluate and treat back pain with a carefully planned treatment regiment. This facility is truly exceptional in caring for and listening to patients. Thank you Amanda and staff at the Alpena Spine and Pain Program.

This Facility, it's Staff, including receptionists, nurses, Drs., everyone.. and especially..Amanda! are absolutely amazing and have given me hope, and hopefully, soon, a new lease on life. My back is a train wreck and after years of getting no where, they have provided me with pain mgmt, including injections, P.T. , non-opiod pain mgmt medication alternatives and streered me in the right direction so that I can get the surgeries and care I've needed for so long. I will be forever grateful 🙏

When you call the office you never get a person hardly ever. It takes a while for someone to call you back. If you need to reschedule due to family medical issues the day of the appointment you get a no show because no one answers. If your appointment is between 730 and 830 am forget it. No one will answer.

The "evaluation" was just the nurse reading the MRI report to me - which I had done myself a month prior - and asking my symptoms. No details as to why. No physical examination. Very hurried. Offered a shot or ablation procedure. My expectations were low going in and met. Completely disappointed.
