I tell them how lucky I am that I can get the medical care I need right in Alpena. They always provide excellent care.

The appointment times are usually on time but not always. I have had to wait for my appointment up to an hour late. When getting nerve blocks for pain the Dr that is performing the procedure needs to listen to the patient more for where the pain actually is.

I’ve been going to another Pain Clinic for years and I’ve always had severe pain and since I’ve been going to this Pain Clinic it actually helps and I get relief

Very very considerate, made me feel very relaxed, answered all my questions in a way that I was able to understand what I was being told. All staff were great. I would tell family and friends that they are the best.😊
