The ENTIRE staff at the Pain clinic is fantastic. Amanda comes in and explains everything in great detail. I love going to see them. They are making this pain journey easier.

I would recommend her and as a matter of fact I did mention a friend to call the office and talk to her to see if she might be able to help her with her condition. I have nothing bad to say about her or her staff they are always kind.polite professional.

Amanda listens to what I say carefully & makes medical suggestions when needed. She also wants a follow-up appointment when she feels it is necessary!

We live adistance from the clinic and try to schedule several appts when we need to have an appt. This visit tests were scheduled in the hospital and because it took 2 hrs to be seen I was late for my PFT.

I had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time before being taken to exam room. I had one question which was not answered: "How will I know when I will need another RFA treatment?"

I personally do not like having to be here 15mins before my appointment. I already have to leave over an hour before that 15 mins to get here. Then I don't get called back until my appointment time and by then 30mins has gone by. It is confusing when they give an appointment time, is that the actual time or the 15 mins prior time as the person doesn't specify. I have been here earlier 15mins prior thinking I had to add the 15mins early which then makes my wait time 45mins!! Isn't there a better way to do this?
