Not sure yet I had one appointment, and am waiting on test and follow up appointment, scheduling and office was disappointing, the regular person was good when I finally was able to talk to her, the temps were abysmal

That it was the worst I have ever been treated in a Dr office. Amanda came in after several minutes and sat down at the desk and never said Hello or anything. After a few minutes I said I wasn't sure I would want an injection in my back and she got up and walked out. Never said a word to me all the time she sat there not even a Hello. I have never had a nurse or a doctor treat me so poorly and I would never give the pain clinic a good rating.

My interactions with Amanda have been very positive. Very knowledgeable and supportive with being sure her patients get the quality care they need. I highly recommend her for any pain management needs. It’s such a relief to have a provider not just listen but compassionately hear the patient.

Overall it was an okay experience. I’ve been trying to get to next stage of treatment after lumbar shots and pain block did not successfully block the pain in my back. Now just waiting to see neurosurgeon on what is next. Thanks to Amanda she made that possible.
