Amanda is thoughtful, caring and helped me to see a Neurologist in Traverse City which I will be seeing Dr. Heather Lee on [DATE]. But I did bring to Amanda's attention that we need more Specialty Doctors in Alpena. We need an Ear Doctor thor certain. And we need a good Neurologist along with better Cardiologists too. Also need other Specialty Doctors.

Ms Radocy, the nurses and staff are truly exceptional in patient care at the Alpena Spine and Pain Center. From diagnostic imaging to pain medications prescribed, Ms Radocy is an outstanding medical profession. I have been a patient under her care for 5 years. Thank you Amanda.

You don't have to wait in the waiting area too long. Everyone is courteous, friendly and create a good atmosphere for conversation. Ms. Radocy answered all my questions so I feel prepared for my upcoming prodedure, even providing written descriptions (pictures) of the procedure. I feel like I could call them if questions accur to me later. She instills my with confidence about what I am planning to do.
