For the majority, most of the staff are very, very friendly very very nice. Very helpful. There are a few that just seem cold. They don’t want to interact with you. It seems like a very professional only. There’s no how are you doing today? Hardly home in there. there’s one that does ask you that but then then it goes right back to nothing really you know just it just seemed very cold with a couple of the staff Amanda Cel, and most of the other staff are very, very good.

My doctor requested I get Lumbar shots in my back. It started in Sept. or Oct, Every time I was scheduled they would call and cancel. I had a visit with my Doctor on Tuesday and she wanted to know if the shots helped, I told her that they have cancelled 4 or 5 times, but was going Thursday. I went into the pain clinic on Thursday and once again was told my shot was cancelled. What I got out of the conversation was that no one at the Alpena site could give me the shot. Why would they have not told me that in Sept. I asked to have my information transferred to Midland and I will make the 3 hour drive to get the shots. Now I am trying to get an appointment in Midland and they say Alpena has NOT send them any information. To say I am disappointed in Alpena would be an understatement.

She was good. Impossible timeline for teeatment. Ridiculous length of time before I’m able to get pain shot.

Everyone is absolutely AMAZING!! Always so kind and courteous. The compassion this staff has is one of a kind! Love them. Thank you for everything.

This place is great. They provide a calming atmosphere for Healthcare and it's very much appreciated since most of us that come here are already dealing with enough!

Customer care is really good however follow up treatments and appointments are extremely late and unfortunately delayed for treatment plan

She listens to you carefully & provides help when needed! I needed to locate a neurosurgeon for neck surgery and she located Dr. Klinger in Traverse City and sent a referral to him!

The appointment times are usually on time but not always. I have had to wait for my appointment up to an hour late. When getting nerve blocks for pain the Dr that is performing the procedure needs to listen to the patient more for where the pain actually is.
