What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
This is more about the pain clinic in general. I think it is awful to give people an appt time of 10:00 with an arrival time of 9:30 and then mark them as a no-show if they don't show up by 9:45. Normally you are marked a no-show if you are 10 min (or whatever the chosen time it) past your appt time, NOT 15 min before. Can someone please explain this to me??? I have to take time off from work to come to these appts and if I am only allotted 1 hour for my lunch time and you expect me to be there 1/2 hour ahead of the appt and then the appt takes longer d/t the doc running behind or whatever the circumstance, now I am late getting back to work, potentially get written up, put more work on my co-workers who have to cover for me. I feel this needs to be looked into. It is very inconvenient and not at all patient friendly.

I would not hesitate to send a friend or family member to your office. The staff did an outstanding job of making me feel safe, secure and treated me with kindness and respect. I wish I could have each of them care for my overall health.

Amanda and her staff are very professional, prompt, knowledgeable. They showed both concern and interest in my pain and explained exactly what the procedure was and what I should expect as far as relieving my pain. I highly recommend Amanda and her staff.

Great group to work with. Often booked ahead for a while. Not sure why they didn't have the MRI when I first went in. Probably St. Joseph Hospital in Tawas' fault.

Ms. Radocy exhibited compassion and demonstrated desire to truly hear my concerns. She was a wonderful provider! Unfortunately my experience with the office staff was among the worst I've experienced as both a patient and a healthcare professional. I've contacted hundreds of offices to request/share information as appropriate, and have a great rapport with nearly all. The office was virtually non-communicative during my efforts to set up appointments. The office manager, Matt, was wonderful addressing my concerns - but the issues never should have occurred in the first place. Knowing the myriad hoops healthcare workers must jump through to accomplish ANYTHING these days means I have a great deal of patience for occasional "blips" in the process. It seems that whatever processes are in pace with MyMichigan's communication efforts really need to be reexamined and adjusted.
