Let me make a general statement about the care I received from EVERY ONE involved in my care for a kidney stone. From the triage nurse(?) and nurses and staff in the emergency room, to the whole staff in the observation(?) area, to the doctors and staff involved in both of my trips to the emergency room, to the post-op testing, to my follow-up appointment with NP Kramer, I could not have asked for more competent and concerned care. They addressed my needs, kept me informed of what was being done, and have followed up thoroughly. I could not be more satisfied.

I got tied up leaving work and called ahead to say Iā€™m running 20 min behind. I expected a cool reception to that news but the receptionist was SO KIND. She explained the time I had to be there by but was so understanding. I was so impressed

I have been with Melissa Kramer for some time now. She has always listened to what I have to say. She monitors my medications and always gives me advice on what to try and always works with me as far as scheduling my appointments. It is hard for me to get to her office, I have to use rides from family or friends to take me to my appointments we use (Virtual communication) and I appreciate that she works with me.

Very friendly, listened, concerned and took the time to know my history before she came in to see me. She was filling in for someone who went home sick, yet took the time to prepare and know my history and listened to my concerns and working them in to treatment plan.

Melissa is professional, caring, and patient. She took time to listen to my wants/needs. She made sure my scripts for meds were sent to my pharmacy shortly after I spoke with her. I would definitely recommend her to others!
