Everyone at this office was nice and professional. When discussing my health future Melissa seemed to walk in with a chip on her shoulder and it continued throughout our discussion. I am open to a new procedure she explained to me but I don't have much information about it so now that I'm home trying to explain it to my family I have nothing to help me. She did show me something on the computer . If I'm correct she said she wasn't even trained in it yet. When I tried to make an appointment the secretary could not. Explain that. My family is not happy with all of these problems and I'm starting to get scared of this procedure myself.

She wasnt very friendly, every appoinment i had they called and delayed. The dr that seen me in hospital last year wanted me back in office in [DATE] they kept canceling it finaly got in with this NP in [DATE] she was rude

My Michigan Midland is the easiest place to get excellent care with doctors and PA’s that are very experienced in their field of study. Melissa Kramer has gone over and over for me in the past year. She’s a sweet heart.

Absolutely the best urologist ever! Im a new patient and it was so nice to finally have a Dr listen to me, and she e planned things to me in a very professional matter! Im beyond blessed to have Dr. Kramer as my Urologist!!
