Tamara, his assistant treats you like family and makes you feel you are not just another appointment, but an individual with issues. I have never been more at ease with a doctor.

I've been coming to this office for 30 years, can't believe it! They have always been great from the front desk to the physicians, PAs, MAs and NPs. I recently had a physical, my appointment was 9:00, I had an EKG, physical and bloodwork and out before 10:00! Dr. Taylor and his MA are great and the lab technician was amazing. The office especially the lab can use some renovations but that is my only suggestion.

I've been a patient for about two and a half years. I've had great experiences with all the staff. My latest visit was at the end of the day so I kind of expected to wait a little more than my usual early morning appointment. I was right.... However, the staff kept us all informed, as they had a connectivity issue with their systems. To me, it makes all the difference when you are kept in the loop with the situation. Even Dr. Calhoun apologized for the delay. Great team! Looking forward to the new office. This team deserves an updated environment.

Good doctors that listen to you. Part of a network of doctors that gets you to the right doctor fast if specialized care is indicated. Access to top of the line health care facilities. At the front end, a good scheduling protocol that gets you in to see a doctor in a timely manner and generally keeps close to seeing you at your scheduled appointment time (not perfect but most usually, not too long sitting in the waiting area).

Andre is Awesome. Online pre check in makes it easy. Office is clean and I can only imagine what it will be like when you move to the new building. This office is what prompted me a few years ago to start going back to the doctor regularly!

All of the folks at Baptist Primary Care do a fabulous job with their care and open and honest communication with their patients! They truly treat you like family.
Just a heads up - Florida Blue will lose me and my family if they do not come to an agreement with Baptist Health Care. I've let Florida Blue know that as well.
