The front desk staff, as well as Dr. Yalch, were all very kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Yalch took his time to explain medications and conditions as well as following up on other concerns in my chart. I felt seen as a patient and not as a problem. He didn’t bring up any concerns unless I had them myself (I.E. my weight.) which is a major positive from the negative experience I had the last time i visited a different Baptist health location. I also really liked how he put my care into my own hands asking me about my opinions on my medication, conditions, and asking me if I thought I was getting enough exercise. I also really loved that the office included chairs for larger bodies.

I love love love love this office. The new office is so spacers the employees are so friendly they treat me like I've been there 1,000 times that day I love the joking and the being kind and considerate the doctor really listens to me and knows exactly what I need when I need it I can always get a very quick appointment when I need it I don't have to wait months. When I call I can have an appointment like the next day. The requests are to pharmacies as well as to referrals or happen very quickly and the communication is always very clear
