Very very friendly staff, you're not sitting in the waiting room all day. They call you in very quickly and keep the patients coming in and out for the doctor takes time to talk and listen to what the patient has to say. I love this office

The front desk staff, as well as Dr. Yalch, were all very kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Yalch took his time to explain medications and conditions as well as following up on other concerns in my chart. I felt seen as a patient and not as a problem. He didn’t bring up any concerns unless I had them myself (I.E. my weight.) which is a major positive from the negative experience I had the last time i visited a different Baptist health location. I also really liked how he put my care into my own hands asking me about my opinions on my medication, conditions, and asking me if I thought I was getting enough exercise. I also really loved that the office included chairs for larger bodies.
