We have been seeing Dr. Carlos and Maureen for 25 yrs. They are very compassionate, efficient and knowledgeable about the latest medicines, vaccines and referrals to specialists we have needed. They always go the extra mile to make sure your health care needs have been addressed. We consider them to be family at this point and highly recommend them to our friends and family. The new offices are exceptional and were long overdue.

We love Dr Carlos and Maureen!!! We’ve been seeing them for 20+ years. We drive from St Augustine just to see them. They are kind and caring. The new office is so much nicer than the old one and better organized. And, parking is easier. Great job on the move!

Good doctors that listen to you. Part of a network of doctors that gets you to the right doctor fast if specialized care is indicated. Access to top of the line health care facilities. At the front end, a good scheduling protocol that gets you in to see a doctor in a timely manner and generally keeps close to seeing you at your scheduled appointment time (not perfect but most usually, not too long sitting in the waiting area).

I think the world of Dr. Carlos. He has been my PCP for over 30+ years and I trust no other Dr. to help me navigate the health care industry. All of the folks at Baptist Primary Care do a fabulous job with their care and open and honest communication with their patients! They truly treat you like family. Just a heads up - Florida Blue will lose me and my family if they do not come to an agreement with Baptist Health Care. I've let Florida Blue know that as well.
