Dr. Carlos has been my doctor for 50 years. I have Mayo Clinic insurance but I will NOT change to one of their doctors. He saved my life 3 years ago. He was already awesome! Now he's a Superhero!! Also, definitely liking the new offices. No elevator is spectacular.

Dr. Perry Carlos and staff are exemplary. They are thoughtful, caring and personable. The office and facilities are efficient with in house lab etc., and are patient oriented. Great location and plenty of parking.

BPC's new facilities are top notch. Very convenient location with plenty of parking. The staff has remained consistently professional and courteous over the many years I have been a patient. Dr Carlos is excellent. I can't say enough good things about him. I love this place.

The staff are so welcoming and caring. Dr Carlos’s nurse,Maureen, is absolutely fabulous. She is so efficient. She always makes sure that any issue is handled the same day with a response. Either by phone or on MyChart. I’ve been seeing them for over. 20 years. I will be with them til they both retire.

I love Baptist Primary Care, especially the new Mandarin location. Everyone, from making an appointment to check-in to seeing my doctor right through check-out. Everyone is caring, professional and have smiles on their faces .... nicely done!

What’s there not to like? Beautiful state of the art facility, with a large comfortable waiting room and easy to navigate registration windows. All of the staff is top,notch from registration, nursing to the doctors. A special shout out to Maureen and Dr Carlos, the best of the best!

I like the location and the facilities. There is plenty of seating, and the nice waiting room is also used for the lab. BIG improvement over the old location. Also, it is much easier (and safer) to get out of the parking lot now than it was in the past.
