Have received medical treatment from the clinic for several years. Dr. Carlos is thorough and provides sensible medical advice. Provides referrals when needed. Both Dr. Carlos and his nurse listen to your health issues and have a lot of patience.

in the 20+ years I have been going to this office to see Dr. Carlos, I have never left without feeling I have been listened to and that I have an action plan for what I came in with. The entire staff from check-in to check out have been excellent.

Staff members are very friendly and concerned about a client's care. They are very willing to answer questions when you need some extra help. Therapy is very thorough, and you feel a sense of progress. Therapists help you work through plateaus. I would definitely recommend Baptist Mandarin Rehab to someone needing therapy.

The new office is spacious and so modern. The service is still the best. If you get any complaints, it's from people that don't understand how insurance works and they blame the doctors.
