Dr. Carlos and his staff are great. Professional, kind and highly qualified. Dr. Carlos has been my general practitioner for over 20 years. I live 40 minutes away - probably pass by 10+ other doctor offices to get to his location in Mandarin. He really cares about his patients - answers all my questions and follows up when I post a message to him in the MyChart patient portal.

The office staff ,Doctors and nurses are the most compassionate group of professionals I have ever worked with. They always welcome you . They listen when it is your turn in the office. I have never been rushed and have never complained if I have to wait. I know they are helping someone in need. Thanks guys!
