Way closer to my house than the other Baptist location. The nicest staff!!!!!! They actually smile. Everyone was happy or positive at least. In the other office the lady that walked me to the exam room walked way ahead of me even when I told her I was having mild balance issues. (This wasn't a one off she did it every time - I'm not a slow elderly walker or something) She'd take my vitals and some questions and hike it out of there. She seemed over it and so did the front desk. Sorry to compare, but this office knocked my low expectation bar out of the park.

I have been a patient with this practice for 30 years and everyone displays excellent customer service from the front desk to checkout. This new office is beyond beautiful! My recent experience was amazing. I saw Ms Melville, my nurse practitioner and as always she is so easy to talk to and professional. My appointment ran on time, had my labs done 5 minutes later, sent for a CT scan a couple hours later at Baptist South and done with everything with an hour to spare before having to go to work. These people are the best!
