My first encounter is Meagan, scheduling me as a New Patient. I am in deep pain and desperately needed to be seen by a Neurosurgeon. Hearing her voice over the phone makes me feel that someone cares already. The instructions given are very concise and clear. This is my initial visit to meet my Neurosurgeon, Dr. Sauvageau. I am unable to speak due to the intense nerve pain so I wrote down my thoughts that I needed to communicate with him. Dr. Sauvageau took his time to read it. I can see his genuine care and concern. He explained to me the different treatments he can provide. I am so lucky to have met a Neurosurgeon like Dr. Sauvageau whom we have already heard great things about his care, compassion and expertise . I also want to mention the member of his team, Melanie and Angela who displayed the same care. Thank you so much, Team Lyerly - Baptist.
