Courteous, smart, professional. The neurologist took his time to explain the procedure and the pros and cons. From the front desk staff to the billing coordinator they are all exceptionally nice.

Dr [last name] took the time to explain procedure and even popped into a meeting with his PA which to me was above and beyond. He always had time for me! South Baptist hospital was another perk as it seemed more like a hotel with great food and food choices.

The staff once we were called back was very nice and accommodating. The Doctor took his time in speaking to my husband and getting to the problem. He immediately referred us for x-rays which we were able to walk to the next building and get those (which is huge to not have to make another trip).

I love the care the MA always gives me when trying to address my needs if it is pain concerns or scheduling office visits or surgery. Dr. Pradhan is working wonderful. After 7 spine surgeries, which have all been successful I know him well and he takes very good care of me.
