On the plainly practical side, I was greeted and immediately shown to an examination room. Everyone I met was kind and empathetic. Dr Pradhan took great care and patiently helped me to understand my case and course of treatment. I simply can’t find anything to criticize or improve upon.

Dr. Pradhan and staff listen and communicate professionally and do so with a caring attitude. He pointed out to me on the x-rays the cause of my nerve pain and explained what he would do to relieve the pain. He then did the surgery, exactly as he explained. I did not need follow up therapy nor have I had any nerve pain. I am very thankful for Dr Pradhan and his team.
