Personalized service from all of the staff Doctor and PA took the time to listen to my concerns and address them. I am quite comfortable talking to these professionals. I feel heard from both the PA and MD. The same PA has been following my progress the entire 7 months. The MD asked more than once if I had any other questions or concerns before I left the exam room

Basically, everything. Skill, compassion, empathy, customer service. Everyone involved worked overtime to help with my situation, so that I received a quick surgery date and continued service throughout the hospital stay. I saw the surgeon, Dr. Pradhan, and the PA, Jeremy, multiple times during my hospital stay. The office medical assistant, Amber, spent a lot of time on the complicated logistics in order to get an almost immediate surgical date. This was important because of my elevated pain level. All in all, outstanding.Thank you so much for what you did.
