My surgery went just as Dr. [last name] said it would go. I was do impressed all the care I received. I was very surprised that the anesthesiologist and the nurse anesthetist and the two nurses that were going to be in the OR all came to visit me in the room I was in before the surgery. They explained how I had been to lay, and they asked about the tape because of some allergies. The care after the surgery was equally as good. If I needed something.they were right there. My ice was always full and they brought everything to wash up. Dr. [last name] and his PA Jeremy were simple amazing. Dr. [last name] told everything to expect and he did it perfectly. Jeremy was there to answer any questions. He helped me worry less about my ileostomy and issues with the pain meds. I left feeling 100% satisfied from start to finish. My Dr.,PA, nurses and Baptist Hospital are all the very best of the best. Thank you all !!

From respectionists to PAs, all were frieand professional. They asked if I could be more comfortable and was viligant concerning my needs before and after surgery. Hospital was clean and modern with access to waiting and receiving areas easy and assessable. Overall, a good experience for a day that was a possible stressful event.

Long drive for me from Fernandina Beach but, worth it. Dr. [last name]'s P.A. Demille was exceptional in discussing my condition and options for my spinal issues. Very personable but through and understanding. I had the occasion to call him a day latter with further questions and he returned my call within minutes. He discussed my inquiries and put my mind at ease. If Dr. [last name] is as friendly and understanding as Mr. J. Demille, I'm sure I will have the best medical option available.
