Worked me in early, because of a prior dr. Appointment was way early and they seen me within a reasonable time. Staff was friendly,poor dr.Turner he has to also listen to me none stop about my skin.

Dr Alex and her staff are great. Great results from red light procedure. HOWEVER disappointing that I was ignored completely by the front desk team, Judy specifically. I was on time for my appointment, watched other patients come and go. Never got called back. After 35 minutes I asked for help and she acted like I wasn’t on the schedule. But I was. Anyway, great treatment but disappointing front desk.

Visit the Dr. and his assistant was great! However, when i walked none of the 3 girls sitting at the front desk even acknowledged i was there. When i left one had her head on the desk.
