Reception staff were professional and friendly. Doctor and his assistant were also.I was not rushed and had time to ask questions. The person at checkout was actually eating and not welcoming as I scheduled my next appointment at a different location.

Dr. Waldman is always lovely as well as his assistant. However, the lady at checkout was very unpleasant.

Both my husband in our recently moved to the area. We were new patients. Prior to our visit, we received new patient packets. We completed them and took them with us to air to our visit. We gave them our insurance cards and then were called back into a room within approximately 5 minutes. Dr Mark Waldman was very.thorough and had a wonderful personality.

this was my first time to the office. The entire staff was friendly and professional and Dr. Waldman was also very approachable and professional. He recommended a treatment that I have not been offered by my prior dermatomycosis so it was nice to have a fresh approach.
