First visit upon referral from my now-retired dermatologist. Practice was well-run and my visit was timely. Dr Mark Waldman was professional and took the needed time to get to know me as a new patient. I had a thorough exam, and I was well-pleased with my choice of Dr Waldman.

The office staff and doctor are friendly and the waiting time was not bad. The only issue I was concerned about was the fact that the doctor just checked my face and scalp, and did it in look at other areas on the body. My previous dermatologist typically would do a full body scan when I had my annual or six month visit.

Exam was extremely rushed. Burned several area on bridge of my nose but provided no protection to keep my glasses from rubbing on sensitive area. I had to ask receptionist for a bandaid. I will not be back
