The staff was professional and nice, and the doctor seemed to do a thorough job and explained things he was looking for. . But I didn’t like being positioned in such a way that when the door opened anybody in the hallway could see me in my paper sheet. I also wish that the staff had written down the doctors instructions about how to take care of a couple things he removed. They told me verbally, but I have since forgotten exactly what they said to do. So giving me written, instructions would’ve been very helpful.

Excellent from making the appointment until leaving; the only issue I have is accessibility at Commons location; I use a walker; it would be helpful to have better parking for disabled access; 1. Curb ramp from street; 2. Pavement continuity from curb to entrance; depending on where I can find a space to park, I have to cross street (no crosswalk), and/or lift over the curb and/or walk in the street to use sidewalks; need to have pavement all along curb ; also additional walk from curb direct to door of office; if you notice the pattern of grass (rather no grass) there are paths where people walk; just pour 4ft walk from curb ramp to bldg access; also would be safer to have a power door opener; I’m surprised building codes permitted the arrangement;staff and clients are always helpful; thanx

My prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy in the wrong town. I was told it had been corrected but didn’t hear from my pharmacy so I called them and they had to take care of correcting it.

Very efficient medical care. However, when in the room waiting to be seen with just a paper wrap on my lap, it is very cold. There were no blankets available. I woos suggest blankets be available.
