Worked me in early, because of a prior dr. Appointment was way early and they seen me within a reasonable time. Staff was friendly,poor dr.Turner he has to also listen to me none stop about my skin.

Visit the Dr. and his assistant was great! However, when i walked none of the 3 girls sitting at the front desk even acknowledged i was there. When i left one had her head on the desk.

My appointment had to be rescheduled due to their weather related closure so I was expecting to have to wait longer than usual on the rescheduled day. To my surprise the wait was much shorter than expected and everyone was pleasant and professional for my annual skin check.

It’s was good , but 3 weeks now I have called for 3 days and not gotten any one to call me back and give me results of a biopsy. Maybe no news is good news but I should have had a call regardless to ease my mind.

I had a weird, alarming infection in my ear. I was given an appt the same day i called. My concerns were validated. 2 days later, i knew i was given the right Rx b/c the itching/swelling/peeling/ crustiness was subsiding. I was seen quickly & my concerns were listened to.
