Dr Turner was great as usual. However, someone changed my appointment time the evening before my appointment. I had scheduled my appointment a year ago when I last saw Dr Turner for 10 am. At 7:42pm the night before my appt I got a text saying my appt was at 9:10am. I called the office the next morning to ask why my appt time had been changed and was told th errr time had been scheduled that day - as if I had scheduled it. I explained that I had scheduled the appt a year ago for 10am. I was told my appt was at 9:10am and that if I couldn’t be there they would have to reschedule me for a later date. I have a scheduled meeting in Louisville from 8 to 9 am every Wednesday (and have had for years). That meeting is a 25 minute drive from the Dr’s office so I know that I didn’t schedule an appt at 9:10. Clearly someone in the Dr’s office changed my appt time and didn’t even have to courtesy to call me to work out a good time. The woman I spoke with when I called was basically like this is your appt time - take it or reschedule- it clearly wasn’t going to be her problem. I assume someone had to log in to the system to change my appt time. That shouldn’t happen

I felt s as bit rushed, Whrn asked”have you noticed this veggies?” I frequently c as be ev Er n see what’s bring pointed out. Why does it even matter if I’ve seen it before? The answer is always to freeze it off. Even a tiny speck of pink. It feels very aggressive. Plus the cost is a lot higher for 3-12 freezes so I’m not keen on paying the higher cost for just 3. Ugh. Slow down a bit and be mindful of the cost, please,

My experience during the appointment was fine. I’ve tried this morning to reach the office to find out about the biopsy that were taken.. your phone system stinks! I’ve tried to call the Norton Commons office was answered by someone indicated they were in Frankfurt. I called another number and a woman answer. I asked if I was Norton Commons and they told me they didn’t have a provider by that name.. I do not understand why it’s so difficult to reach the Norton Commons office
