My experience during the appointment was fine. I’ve tried this morning to reach the office to find out about the biopsy that were taken.. your phone system stinks! I’ve tried to call the Norton Commons office was answered by someone indicated they were in Frankfurt. I called another number and a woman answer. I asked if I was Norton Commons and they told me they didn’t have a provider by that name.. I do not understand why it’s so difficult to reach the Norton Commons office

The office staff was very pleasant. The office was spotless. I was called back on time. The examining was also spotless. Dr Turner was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. The nurse was very nice.

Worked me in early, because of a prior dr. Appointment was way early and they seen me within a reasonable time. Staff was friendly,poor dr.Turner he has to also listen to me none stop about my skin.

Visit the Dr. and his assistant was great! However, when i walked none of the 3 girls sitting at the front desk even acknowledged i was there. When i left one had her head on the desk.

My appointment had to be rescheduled due to their weather related closure so I was expecting to have to wait longer than usual on the rescheduled day. To my surprise the wait was much shorter than expected and everyone was pleasant and professional for my annual skin check.
