The visit with doctor was fine. Nurse was friendly. however due to a billing error the front office staff made me feel like a delinquent about my balance. I knew it had been paid and they made me make phone calls to get proof it was paid by my flex spending company. The office has terrible service so I had to stand outside in the nearly 100 degree heat to make these calls. in the end, the billing department had lost my payment made 4 months ago and there was no reason to treat me like this. My visit was held up, as were, I’m sure other patients waiting to be seen. First time I’ve ever been disappointed with the is practice. It I hope it never happens again. I have never not laid a bill so to be treated as if I was a petty thief was a bit ridiculous.

The site of the office had moved to a new location, and I did not receive a letter about the new address. I arrived at the old address and had to do some quick research to locate the new address. It would have been courteous to have received this information before my appointment.
