The main issue was the face. My scalp was afdressed and i feel diagnosed. Which was told to eas my face wirh the shampoo for my scalp. Now my Nuvigil is a stimulate that may contribute the picking that I'm not even realizing I'm doing, but face it the stuff is on my skin and i feel it not only see it. I believe it is totally different from the diagnosis of my scalp. But i agree to do as i was told to and pray it helps. I liked all the staff and was treated well by all. The nurse was great and even called me after my visit about an issue. Now that was awesome!!!!

Dr Alex is very good, cut one thing off I didn’t feel anything, she also froze some off and she’s just amazing. Her assistant and a student was in there also All were sooooo kind!! Matter of fact the entire office was AMAZING!!

Staff is great and professional. Only reason it was scored a 9 is because I had completed the multiple page forms on line only to have to do them again when I arrived for my appointment. Not the staff’s fault - bad coding on the system.

This is my fault primarily but could have been easily fixed. Most doctors offices have a sign in sheet indicating time of arrival and appointment time. We mistakenly were 2 hours early because I had mixed up 2 appointments we had that day. I REALLY wish someone had told us we were 2 hours early for our appointment. Instead of sitting there so long we could have made it to our other appointment and made it back to this one in plenty of time.

Ms. Alex Leis is the best. Because of her she found a squamous cell cancer and they got it all. She checks me from top to bottom every 6 months.
