What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Lisa is a person who cares about her patients. She listens to me and she addresses any concerns I may have. I asked her about a swelling of my left ankle and its relationship to my left kidney I was having problems with. She informed me that the swelling was not caused by my kidney but she had an idea of what may be causing it. She immediately made an appointment for me to have an ultrasound that day. As it turned out, a blood clot in my leg was the culprit. Lisa contacted my primary doctor, told her what was going on and turned my care over to her. I’m so thankful Lisa took the time to investigate what was going on even though it wasn’t something she would normally take care of. I have the highest respect for Lisa. I wish we had more doctors like her.

He always greets me with a handshake and a smile. He’s always very well prepared to share my test results and offer suggestions for healthy living and willing to put my age and health status in an appropriate context. We’re fortunate to have this doctor in our community.

Dr. Howard is very well informed and helpful addressing my concerns and questions. His personal manner is second to none. I rarely have long to wait between having a nurse take my vitals and review my medications before seeing the doctor. We are fortunate to have him servicing our community.

I would tell them that I am so grateful that we have a urologist’s office in our town. You never know when the unexpected will happen and they are top notch! I don’t know what I would do without them here other than travel a few hours for care but when you are in pain, that’s a very, very, very long ride.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Howard.He was very friendly. After reviewing why I was there he said physical therapy would be a good idea and gave me some home exercises until I can get scheduled with the PT department.
