I don't know her name but the nurse or receptionist I gather went out of her way to have my appointment switched to virtual because I've been very sick with sepsis. I was hospitalized but now home though still running fever and having other symptoms that prevented me from coming in. It had been some time since I had seen Dr. Smallwood and really needed to. It was much appreciated.

I've been seen over 20 different doctors in the last few years and Dr. Brandon Madia is one of a few who actually listened and helped me. Because I was being over medicated by another Lee physician.

Dr Brooks is a MH Therapist. I see no assistant. I get the regular timed appointment. So some of these questions are not valid for therapy appointments. She listens and treats me with empathy and caring attitude but helps me when I need to change things! I've improved and been able to decrease my visits.
