The staff were all amazingly friendly, compassionate, and kind. Everyone that I met we're awesome with customer service. I've worked in the mental health, and was a dementia care unit director for the majority of my life. I have worked with many doctors and nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, psychologists, neuropsychologists. And I have, I had a much better experience with marjo than I have with basically any other practitioner. She actually took the time to actively listen to my issues and took the time to discuss with me her thoughts on my situation. She even said that she needed to see me for a little while before she could really get a good handle on it. So she could, you know, get to know me...I thought that was probably the most intelligent response I've had from a practitioner so far. I've been severely mentally ill most of my life, often unmedicated and extremely symptomatic, and my cognitive impairment have started within the last few years, but they were able to understand that and work with me. And so I could fully understand what was happening, or what my treatment plan would be. Thank you ladies, for being awesome. It is greatly appreciated, and i'm sure my mental health cohorts that you see would say, the same.

Both the nurse who checked me in right before I saw the Nurse Practitioner and my Nurse were both outstanding. Their care helped me to relax a bit.

She was very professional & caring for my concerns & helped me tremendously with my situation & what was available for my needs. Marjo Doyle, Rebecca (the nurse, I don't know her last name) and Elizabeth [ ] are my team and they literally have been the best caregivers I could ask for. I can not say enough good things about them. They have pulled me up out of a [ ], and I honestly feel they saved my life. The ladies at the front desk downstairs, and Brittney (upstairs) are also wonderful.
