Dr Brooks is a MH Therapist. I see no assistant. I get the regular timed appointment. So some of these questions are not valid for therapy appointments. She listens and treats me with empathy and caring attitude but helps me when I need to change things! I've improved and been able to decrease my visits.

Dr Brooks is excellent she listens and has a sense of humor. Brittney that works in the office is the best also but she floats out a lot.

Difficulty making appt. On hold 20 min left phone,as requested but no call back. Tried to make on line appointment but it wouldn't make a therapy appt just wanted to set me up with a wellness visit for Medicare. This is therapy weekly there should be an easier way to make an appointment on line.

Crystal Brooks is the best therapist I have ever had she talks to me and listens to me. Helps me understand what is happening in my life and around me. She is very perfectional. She makes me feel better and a lot more happier when I leave. I am so glad God put her in my life.

Despite [ ] for meeting a new person whom I knew would be sharing deep emotions with I found Crystal to be professional and insightful as well as welcoming. Left feeling optimistic about my ability to work with her and develop trust needed to focus on selfcare and [ ] that became obstacles in my search of self. Looking forward to next visit with less anxiety.
