Dr. Brooks is one of the most caring clinical psychologists I have had to pleasure to learn from in applying great skills! She is an incredible listener to my daily life concerns with positive reinforcement feedback!

I moved down from New York where I received substandard medical care. I love Lee as everyone is kind and they work together to take care of my medical care. Crystal is highly competent and caring and is helping me navigate childhood trauma.

Dr Brooks she was terrific we had a mild misunderstanding few months ago and it was great we were both back to our selves. She is really wonderful im happy I didn't act on emotions and change therapist

Dr Brooks is a MH Therapist. I see no assistant. I get the regular timed appointment. So some of these questions are not valid for therapy appointments. She listens and treats me with empathy and caring attitude but helps me when I need to change things! I've improved and been able to decrease my visits.

Dr Brooks is excellent she listens and has a sense of humor. Brittney that works in the office is the best also but she floats out a lot.

Difficulty making appt. On hold 20 min left phone,as requested but no call back. Tried to make on line appointment but it wouldn't make a therapy appt just wanted to set me up with a wellness visit for Medicare. This is therapy weekly there should be an easier way to make an appointment on line.

Crystal was very professional and intuitive, identified that the program that I was referred to was not a fit for me.
