I don't know her name but the nurse or receptionist I gather went out of her way to have my appointment switched to virtual because I've been very sick with sepsis. I was hospitalized but now home though still running fever and having other symptoms that prevented me from coming in. It had been some time since I had seen Dr. Smallwood and really needed to. It was much appreciated.

Dr. Smallwood is an excellent psychiatrist. He really cares , asks all the right questions, informs you of the treatment plan in a manner that's easy to understand. Lee health is lucky to have him .

Everyone involved was excellent and outstanding. Even the small simple things from everyone having a smile on their face. Staff showing Genuine urgency and care through all the steps of checking in, doing vitals with the LPN, to having dialogue with Dr. Smallwood.Office staff, nurses, and Dr. Smallwood are absolutely wonderful. Every visit enhances my day/week/month and is always a pleasure to be there. All staff represent Lee Health well and demonstrate true desire to help and support me as a patient.

Dr. Smallwood has changed my outlook on seeing professional psychiatric care. I entered my appointment extremely anxious and uncertain but I left with a plan of action. I have never felt so heard or seen before. My experience has me optimistic for the future.
