Everyone involved was excellent and outstanding. Even the small simple things from everyone having a smile on their face. Staff showing Genuine urgency and care through all the steps of checking in, doing vitals with the LPN, to having dialogue with Dr. Smallwood.Office staff, nurses, and Dr. Smallwood are absolutely wonderful. Every visit enhances my day/week/month and is always a pleasure to be there. All staff represent Lee Health well and demonstrate true desire to help and support me as a patient.

Dr. Smallwood reviewed my medical history before recommending medication changes. Additionally, he patiently answered the questions I had and typed what changes were being made to medications, for my use.

Dr. Smallwood has changed my outlook on seeing professional psychiatric care. I entered my appointment extremely anxious and uncertain but I left with a plan of action. I have never felt so heard or seen before. My experience has me optimistic for the future.

dr Smallwood is always fantastic. he listens to all my concerns and talks me through every option and explains the entire thing, and he's always open to questions and ideas, both during appointments and through [ ]. I've had [ ] in the somewhat distant past and none of them could measure up to this guy. he's also super personable and easy to talk to, and always upbeat and concerned for you and your [ ]. I don't ever want to have to see anyone else but him.

from the minute I walked in I had a fabulous greeting, I was checked in, The medical assistant called me back right away and we went over some history collected my stats, my meds history etc. we noticed that my [ ] were not in. I explained that I bought them several times so she went the extra mile and on my way out she let me know that she hound what happened and corrected the issue in my chart, dr. Smallwood was very helpful. Great suggestions, I ran short a couple my meds and needed an [ ] which is difficult to do, dr. Smallwood went the extra mile made a phone call to the [ ] and was able to help me out during this difficult situation in my life, I am so blessed for my Care team can’t thank you enough. I don’t know what I would do without you.

he is such a great and friendly guy, so easy to talk to and open up to and I really have a hard time talking to men due to various reasons. I hope I never have to see another psychiatrist but him.
