The staff is very kind and considerate. Dr. Hinish took x rays and knew what issues I have. She put my mind at ease knowing that injections won’t help my feet. She put me on the right path to getting physical therapy.

I was seen on a Thursday with a MRI to be followed up with and told to stop one medication and start another. I did not receive an after visit summary or prescription. The front desk told me to call Friday before noon if I didn’t receive it. I didn’t and so I called. I was transferred to Angel who works with Dr. Reitz. She told me Dr. Reitz had not done my chart yet. I asked for an estimate on when that happens after an appointment, because every other doctor appointment I have been to, I usually receive it within 30 minutes. Angel told me she didn’t have an estimate and Dr. Reitz would get to it when she gets to it. I would tell family and friends that in the appointment everything went as well as expected, but the post appointment follow up is the worst I have experienced from a medical practice.

This office is FANTASTIC. I wish my my primary had the friendly atmosphere and professionalism that I experienced here. Dr. Hinish takes time to answer questions, is very caring and knowledgeable. I'd happily refer people to go here.

Recommended highly. Excellent care and worked well with my schedule. Dr. Hinish is very thorough and works with you as a team. She and her assistants are super friendly which helps make the appointments being something to look forward to. My surgery went very well and follow up care was always thorough. I loved the Grinch holiday decor! 🥰
