Dr. Reitz was wonderful as well as her staff. Very friendly and I felt like I had known them for a long time even though this was my first visit to this office. I was pleasantly pleased with my care.

This was actually my first visit with Dr. Reitz. I was very pleased with the care she, and her staff provided. Two reasons I chose Dr. Reitz is because my partner sees her and really likes the care she gives, and I’ve been looking for a primary care provider with MyMichigan.

Dr. Hinish inspired confidence and hope with her knowledge and understanding of how to help my situation. I never felt rushed during the appointment and she always made me feel heard and respected. I can’t imagine a better experience.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
My complaint is that after an earlier visit a prescription was supposed to be submitted to my pharmacy on a Friday. It NEVER happened. I had to go to urgent care at 3 AM for treatment I.e. antibiotic that was not issued until the following Tuesday. I just received a billing for $85 for that visit. Something I don’t believe I should have incurred. Unsatisfied

Dr. Hinish was absolutely amazing, her bed side manner was the best Ive ever received. She made me feel comfortable and confident while explaining steps to the surgery and the after care. The entire staff was so friendly and comforting. Thank you to the entire staff at My Michigan for the wonderful experience.
