That the front desk is really friendly and Dr. Reitz is amazing and super bubbly and knowledgeable. Her medical assistant is not friendly and when we leave she always has her feet kicked up on the desk and is doing absolutely nothing. She not friendly when she is rooming us it’s like she’s forced to be doing her job.

Dr. Laura and her MA Angel ARE THE BEST!!!! my daughter has some autistic traits and they take their time with her and explain everything for her to understand. The last time she was there, she received a shot and she didn’t accept it well. And that night, Dr. Laura called, and the next morning angel called to see how she was. Now what doctor would do? Those two are the best and I mean the best. We will always come to her. Thank you very much and happy holidays.❤️❤️

I would tell my family member about the Dr. she was excellent. However, the person she has scheduling MRI testing is absolutely awful. I called my insurance company to see if she has even attempted to schedule my testing and nothing has been done. I have called twice this week to see if testing was scheduled and was told it would get done. I still am waiting for a call on a date. In the meantime time I sit in pain. Not sure how long I have to wait? Frustrated!!

Great office!. Great staff! Very friendly but professional. Dr. Rietz and Anger her assistant were fabulous! Very professional, easy to understand and understanding. Dr. Ritz took care of my problems in the same visit! No pain at all and the pain I have had for months was completely gone. I would recommend this office to anyone!!!

She has given me back my ability to walk daily in as little pain as possible with the orthotics and diabetic shoes, with Oakland Orthopedics help. Very pleasant to work with and she makes going to the doctor just a little easier, GREAT DOCTOR.

Dr. Laura is a caring, knowledgeable and thoughtful person who spends the time you need with you. She doesn't rush out of the room to the next patient. She makes sure you have all the information you need.
