From her welcoming smile and her kindness was heartwarming!
She was very thorough, efficient, gentle, and explained my diagnosis and the plan.

Dr was awesome, staff at the birch run office was great!! Highly recommend them! However, the medical assistants at the Saginaw location were not as efficient as they should be. Asked for mri order that had been ordered by Dr at my visit to be faxed at 8:30 am, by 4pm still had not been received to location I requested to receive it.

The Office Staff doesn't have it together. After my first visit they sent a toenail sample for lab work. Ther were to call me with the results if I needed any follow up prescriptions, etc. Months later the year ended, no one called back. Early this year they called and apologized. With the conversion to the new system records didn’t make the transfer. I do need either an oral or topical prescription. I chose topical, she said she would send it to [insurance provider]. Nothing ever showed up. I had an appointment with the Doctor Reitz last week and told her I never received any medication. She asked what I wanted for my prescription. Thought I’d try the topical and the Doctor said they would order it. This week [insurance provider] sent me an email, there was a problem with order, they had contacted the Doctors office, but no response and asked me to call ask to contact the office, again. I didn't, it’s an exercise in futilely, it seems easier to live with toenail fungus or get new provider.

No complaints. Good provider. My only gripe is that I had to wait over a month to get scheduled as a new patient. The worst of my pain had significantly subsided by the time I got to see the doctor.
