I was seen on a Thursday with a MRI to be followed up with and told to stop one medication and start another. I did not receive an after visit summary or prescription. The front desk told me to call Friday before noon if I didn’t receive it. I didn’t and so I called. I was transferred to Angel who works with Dr. Reitz. She told me Dr. Reitz had not done my chart yet. I asked for an estimate on when that happens after an appointment, because every other doctor appointment I have been to, I usually receive it within 30 minutes. Angel told me she didn’t have an estimate and Dr. Reitz would get to it when she gets to it. I would tell family and friends that in the appointment everything went as well as expected, but the post appointment follow up is the worst I have experienced from a medical practice.

Dr Payne was very friendly and put me at ease from the first moment. She thoroughly explained the procedure and purpose of same.

The office staff was wonderful and Dr Reitz is phenomenal! She was very thorough and listened to my concerns intently. I drive 45 miles just to go to her and it is worth it!

Dr. Payne performed surgery on my right arm. She did a great job and I had the easiest recovery. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Laura is knowledgeable, thoughtful and caring. She addressed my problem in a way that respected my concerns while keeping the door open to other treatments if needed. Thanks to Dr. Laura my bunion pain is gone:-)

That the front desk is really friendly and Dr. Reitz is amazing and super bubbly and knowledgeable. Her medical assistant is not friendly and when we leave she always has her feet kicked up on the desk and is doing absolutely nothing. She not friendly when she is rooming us it’s like she’s forced to be doing her job.
