What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
It took a full year of being on the waitlist for this appointment, however I didn’t have anything urgent so that worked out and I really liked the provider. As an employee of the health system I find it hard to believe the waitlist was a year. When I first called I was told it was 3-4 mo, and was told they would follow up when schedule opened, hey never followed up. I called repeatedly to inquire and each time waitlist moved out farther. The last time I called, mid February, they said “ oh yep, we can see you [DATE] “ so I really don’t think had I not pursued this , I’m not sure they would ever have gotten back to me? But again- loved the provider.

Loved her!! Because of her I’ll be back! However I was on the waitlist for several months before receiving a call to schedule an appt. Also it was 80 degrees in the office no joke. Also asking clients to come 40 min early for an appt is a bit much. 6:50 am was the only new patient time offered Since they share the office space someone else is turning it up

I have never felt so seen or heard by a medical professional as I did with Julayne at my appointment. She explained my medication options to me with as much detail as I needed/asked for. It was just so nice to be heard, not felt judged for asking what could be borderline silly questions, and just have someone explain things to me. She made sure i was able to make an educated decision on my body

I really like dr Bullard however, the medical staff failed to make a note during my first visit of the confidentiality of some information and what I don’t want shared around my parents. During my second visit, information was discussed around my mom that I was very uncomfortable with. I had to call later to have a note put in my chart even though I had stated this during my first visit.

The MA, [Name], is very rude. The first time I went to see Julyane I was taken aback by [Name] attitude but brushed it off as maybe she was having a bad day, but she must be having a bad day every day. Every time I go to the office for an appointment and am called back, I'm met with a scowl. When she takes my blood pressure, she never tells me what it is. I have to ask every single time and she mumbles a response like its inconvenient. I had post partpartum pre-eclampsia with my first pregnancy and was in the hospital for a week after delivery. I dont think its unreasonable for me to want to keep track of my BP. And she uses the wrong size cuff to take it. She once said "I'm going to use the small cuff lower on your arm. It won't be accurate but that's fine." I dread going into the office because of her. I adore Julayne but. I would rather drive the extra 45 minutes from my house in Harrison to go to Midland and be treated with respect.
