I suffer from severe anxiety. They were so nice and put me in a smaller room with nobody around. Also, the staff were so amazing!! Dr. Protzko was so kind and helpful.

Everyone from checking in, and the Technicians that saw me prior to seeing Dr. Reed were very professional and explained everything they were doing and more. Dr. Reed advised me of risks and rewards about having cataract surgery while dealing with Macular Degeneration and Glaucoma. Overall I was very pleased with my visit

I was losing vision in my left eye rather quickly and I was scared! When I went for my appointment the staff and techs were very friendly.In my nervousness the tech put me at ease quickly. I needed cateract surgery. Dr. Giordano was great! She explained everything, she told me all my choices & possiblities good & bad. She was extremely thorough & eased all my concerns. I went into surgery totally confident in my doctor!!!

Dr Byron is great. Fixed an issue that three other Doctors just told me what wasn't wrong. Technician work worked me on prelimary checks I didn't get her name but surely hope I get her all the time

Dr. Smearman was excellent and explained everything to my understanding. Customer service was interesting- computer systems slow -a few customers not understanding processes or policies. Will keep in mind the wait time from arrival to being "seen" was about 45 minutes when making my next annual visit. Overall a good experience. This practice was Excellent when I had a real medical concern with my eyes and how well I was treated during past visits.
