Jenn(ifer) was very kind, professional, in her exam. Asked many worthwhile questions pertaining to my vision. Dr. Smearman is always the best! Holly did a fine job checking me out and setting up my annual appointment.

Always pleased with care , especially with Dr. Protzko. And the staff are friendly and efficient. In fact I still drive to the office in Belair though I now live in Baltimore.

Dr. Spearman is very thorough. He took care of my mother when she was dealing with glaucoma. I trust him to take off my eye health. All the people that helped me with the tests were kind. I never hesitate when I go to my eye doctor appointment because it has always been a good experience.

I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving and treated with dignity and friendliness. Everything was explained so i could understand it.

I called the office with an urgent concern as I had scratched my eye on a bush and my eye was bloodshot and sore in the morning. I called the office and was seen within an hour. I had a very thorough exam and they found a very small particle of matter stuck in my eye. It was removed with care and concern for my pain level, and I was given antibiotic drops to take home and told to call back if needed even over the weekend.

Annual checkup with Karakinos which requires a dime size semi-hard contact. Seiden Pro has provided the best service as I continue to get use to the lens required in one eye only. Checkup went fine, options were clearly described. Thanks, Dr. Byron.

I have been a patient of Dr. Reed at the BelAir office for many years. He does a very thorough eye exam. After the exam, at discharge, he explains in detail any treatment needed and writes the information to give you.
