My visit with doctor De la Torres was a outstanding visit. This doctor/ Veteran as well, took the time to listen to my concerns. Even to say he was a better doctor from my previous. For a patient to say that is because he did not make me feel like a number! He actually cared and if anyone would want to be heard and assisted I highly recommend to see him

Dr. De La Torre, as always, is always patient with me. I like to ask questions and he explains things so that I, a 71 year old, can understand. Excellent patient care!

I needed to be seen on short notice. My eye doctor is out on medical leave. The staff worked hard to fit me in. Dr. De La Torre squeezed me in to his very busy schedule. In spite of being very busy I received great care.
I am very happy with the Doctor and staff. My eye is doing very well now. A big Thank You!

Dr. Javier de la Torre is very knowledgeable and kind to his patients. Any questions or concerns I had he was able to take care of. His staff is amazing and is always willing to help and listen.

Dr de la Torre is an excellent MD... should be commended for his knowledge and determination of getting his patients back to normal. Especially the amount of patience this gentleman has with patients who are a little impatient! Thank you Dr de la Torre for everything!

TIME WAS SHORT AND I HAD MANY QUESTIONS I DIDN'T ASK, BUT IT DIDN'T SEEM TO MATTEER, MY CATARACT WAS REMOVED AND I AM SATISFIED. I GOT ALONG VERY WELL. I AM SCHEDULED FOR THE SECOND ONE AND CAN NOT HARDLY WAIT FOR THE FREEDOM OF NO GLASSES.

Dr. de la Torre made my experience an excellent one. I always have a horrible time with the front desk, but he made it all better. He explained everything he showed me a video. I loved him. Excellent bedside manner. I would recommend him over and over.

My eleven week post cataract surgery check up morphed into to a YAG laser posterior capsulotomy procedure that saved me a 400 mile round trip for another visit. Dr. De La Torre recognized my great reluctance to travel to El Paso and was able to combine what would have been two office visits into one. I truly appreciate his understanding of my situation.

This was a positive experience. I can’t say the same for the southwest retinal consultants. But Dr. De La Torre was professional and his staff was as well. He gave me a referral to Southwest retinal consultants and that after telling them multiple times that I had to see a certain doctor that was recommended by Dr. De La Torre. I was set up with a different doctor. Now they are saying that I have to wait 3 months to see this doctor and I’m down 160 dollars for 4 different copays. Will I visit Dr.De La Torre again? Hands down yes.

I had an injury just above my eye. Called at about 8 am was seen about 2 pm. I received a pleasant welcome at the front desk. Saw the doctor and we discussed the options for my treatment. He was pleasant and listened to my needs.

My experience with Dr. De La Torre, was sensational. He took the time to explain the diagnosis and all possible treatment options in detail using terms I understood. He has adequate support staff that is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The process used to attend to patients is very efficient, with very little wait time. Overall, my experience at the office of Dr. De La Torre was similar to the experience I had at the Mayo Clinic.

Was a great experience, efficient practice, my husband and I both had appointment and they took us back together, we arrived at 1:15 and were done by 2:00 ! Dr. De La Torre was very professional and was very personable. We were very happy with our first visit.
