The office was clean, great view of the river from the waiting room. The check-in staff was professional and friendly. The back-office staff was professional and friendly. The nurse and doctor were kind and comforting to myself and family. Dr. Avila-Lima was wonderful, not hurried, spoke to me, the patient and included my family in asking questions. Referrals and orders that were placed at a morning visit, some of which were made and carried out in less than 24 hours, and the others were scheduled in not much more than 24 hours. I feel I am in good hands with this team, albeit a diagnosis no woman ever wants to have.

Everyone is always extremely friendly. There has not been a visit that I didn’t feel as though every concern or question I had mattered. They always make me feel as though they truly care about me and my health.

The entire process was simple and clear as a first time visitor. We met with Dr Avila-Lima. She took time to explain what I was facing, and she made sure we understood by answering our questions. She was very patient, kind and caring.

Dr. Gharia took the time to explain my diagnosis and possible treatment options. He asked good questions rather than hoping I would know what to ask. He didn't seem rushed or eager to get on to his next patient. He explained everything well and gave me both pros and cons associated with each option.
