They listen to your needs. Mine is transportation from Fernandina Beach, FL. My most recent appointment was changed to online and they did a great job keeping us connected. Dr Avila-Lima and her team are very caring and make you feel you matter.

My oncology doctors are the best of the best. A real trying time for me being diagnosed with breast cancer.
They took time to listen and took time to explain my options. All appointments were on time. They were very knowledgeable about their field of expertise. I hope that I continue to be well and their remedies do the job for me. Thank you for the clean areas and the kind care.

I was having a huge life altering problem. The staff got me in with no problem. My provider listened to me and offered me a plan that together we could figure things out. It made my day. It was such a good experience.

Having a cancer diagnosis can be overwhelming, but from Dr. [last name]and her nurses to Dr. Zuberi and her nurses and all the people I met they made my experience amazing. I thought I would walk away feeling overwhelmed with all these amazing people information, but I felt relief and I felt educated. They really took very good care of me and I know moving forward that I am in the hands of wonderful people. Thank you for all that you do.

Dr Gharia and his staff are very kind and personable. Dr Gharia is very good at breaking down explanations where a patient can fully understand what is going on with your issues and treatment. The front desk staff are so friendly and help to make patients feel comfortable.

Everyone in the clinic is professional caring and so knowledgeable. My questions are answered with deep explanations and if I call or write to my doctors, PAs and or nurses they respond quickly and always follow up. This is an exceptional medical center.

Dr. Gharia spends the time with me that is needed. He answers all my questions and never makes me feel rushed or unimportant. Every single person on his staff is competent, professional and most of all understand that they are dealing with people who are experiencing a profound illness with no knowledge of what's to come in the future. Everyone in his office including him show empathy and understanding.

Every appointment is always information and all my questions and concerns are addressed. The support staff Are quick to respond on the portal. My medical oncology team includes Dr. [full name], Diana Amenya and nurse Mary. My nurse navigator is Laveda.
The infusion team is amazing. Every appointment I have had the most professional, caring and knowledgeable nurses. Each step is explained making the process less anxious. My last appointment I was scheduled with Jasmine and I had the pleasure of her services twice now. I felt so well cared for. Nurse manager, Dee, has been very instrumental in helping me understand the infusion procedures and how to best plan my appointments.

My entire visit was handled in a very caring and professional manner. From 1st floor check-in to the doctor's staff everyone was helpful and kind.
Dr. Gharia took time to explain everything to me: both the good and bad. He was very clear and his drawings helped tremendously.
