The staff and doctors at Baptist MDA Cancer center are the top of line, best of the best. From the front door to the ninth floor, I know my health, safety and comfort are a top priority. I feel calm, safe, and cared for when I walk through the doors. I’m very blessed and grateful for the top notch care, kindness & compassion I receive every time I’m there. There’s no way to thank the wonderful people who make Baptist MDA cancer center the best care facility in the world.

1. I loved how positive, professional and helpful all employees were.
2. Staff and doctors made sure I knew who to contact for answers to questions even though I had many doctors.
3. Schedulers made test appts that were convenient and closest to where I live.
4. I was given a binder to manage the information in an organized way.
5. I was given a resource manual. Excellent by the way! I liked that it was no-nonsense.
6. I was discussed in medical conference for all new patients to plan my care. Those who I met with for the first time, knew my history and had established a future plan to coordinate all of the disciplines. I felt a boost of confidence that I was in good hands.

I appreciated the customer service skills and the professionalism of all the staff. All of my questions and concerns were addressed real time. I felt heard.
Appointments are easily made and rescheduled.
The portal is a user friendly access to my team.
My first infusion was October 24. My R.N. Ms. [last name] was amazing. She made an otherwise anxious time calm and peaceful. She explained so much detail and made sure I understood the directions. She was concerned about my comfort. Her care could not have been better. The ultimate professional. I would love to have Ms. [last name] for my long treatment program.

All of the staff in this office are pleasant and helpful from the time I arrive until I leave. This includes the lovely lady at the “lab” check in desk downstairs who greets everyone coming and going.

Several things- 1 the speed of reaching out, getting appointments, responses from nurses and test results. 2- I feel like a person, not a number. When I ask a question if there is a concern, I get quick answers. 3- anyone and everyone I meet, are compassionate, caring and think more about the patient then I have ever experienced. I would only recommend MD Anderson.
