I always receive a friendly warm welcome by all the receptionists I encounter—in the lobby and clinics. Then, I’m immediately and efficiently taken care of by the nurse who takes my vitals. I actually enjoy my visits to Baptist MD Anderson, even if it’s to monitor my breast cancer.
The doctors—from the surgeon to the Oncologist are never in a hurry, which allows me to ask all my questions.
Thank you so much. I wish everyone who had cancer could receive this kind of care!

The staff, from the moment we walked in, was friendly and very caring. I felt very comfortable dealing with the doctors. They really listened to my concerns and had a treatment plan in place to meet my needs.

We can not be more pleased and blessed with our care team. From Dr. Gharia , Taylor and Barbara in the office all the way through the facility to the ladies at the lobby reception who always greet us with a hello and a smile.

I love the consistency, Every appointment I have at MD Anderson is professional and caring from
check in to check out. Providers who listen, answer questions, offer feedback and seem to genuinely care about me. They set the bar very high and consistently exceed expectations. Most importantly I always leave feeling like I’m in good hands and receiving quality care!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. [last name]; Diana, her Nurse Practitioner; Cynthia, their Medical Assistant; and the wonderful ladies at the seventh floor check-in. Each individual makes you feel so welcome, and as if you are actually visiting a friend instead of being at a medical appointment!
I, therefore, would greatly appreciate each of these amazing women being commended on their outstanding job performances. Thank you so very much!
