Everyone is very professional and friendly. When I first came to check in, the attendant could tell I was upset. She asked "Can I give you a hug"? She hugged me and said "You're going to be ok." That was the start. From that moment on, Everyone was just Great! I was nervous and scared when I walked in, but felt Sooooooo much better when I left! Thank you!

When I met Dr Avila-Lima, she stated she had reviewed my chart the previous day which was impressive. Dr Avila-Lima listened to me about all the side effects that occurred with the medications I was previously prescribed by another MD. She did not rush the appointment. She prescribed another medicine, and wants to follow up with me in 6 weeks to see how I am tolerating the new med. I would definitely recommend her to anyone seeking breast cancer care.

Grateful for Dr. Avila-Lima’s excellent care of not only things medical but of mind and soul as well. Treatment is hard but so is the return to something resembling “normal” once active treatment ends. The kindness and support of the entire crew on the 7th floor has been excellent.
