Everyone in the clinic is professional caring and so knowledgeable. My questions are answered with deep explanations and if I call or write to my doctors, PAs and or nurses they respond quickly and always follow up. This is an exceptional medical center.

I appreciate the care I have received and have complete trust in my care team and the plan for my recovery. Every appointment is always information and all my questions and concerns are addressed. The support staff Are quick to respond on the portal. My medical oncology team includes Dr. [full name], Diana Amenya and nurse Mary. My nurse navigator is Laveda. The infusion team is amazing. Every appointment I have had the most professional, caring and knowledgeable nurses. Each step is explained making the process less anxious. My last appointment I was scheduled with Jasmine and I had the pleasure of her services twice now. I felt so well cared for. Nurse manager, Dee, has been very instrumental in helping me understand the infusion procedures and how to best plan my appointments.

Appointments are easily made and rescheduled. The portal is a user friendly access to my team. My first infusion was October 24. My R.N. Ms. [last name] was amazing. She made an otherwise anxious time calm and peaceful. She explained so much detail and made sure I understood the directions. She was concerned about my comfort. Her care could not have been better. The ultimate professional. I would love to have Ms. [last name] for my long treatment program.
