I always receive a friendly warm welcome by all the receptionists I encounter—in the lobby and clinics. Then, I’m immediately and efficiently taken care of by the nurse who takes my vitals. I actually enjoy my visits to Baptist MD Anderson, even if it’s to monitor my breast cancer. The doctors—from the surgeon to the Oncologist are never in a hurry, which allows me to ask all my questions. Thank you so much. I wish everyone who had cancer could receive this kind of care!

The staff, from the moment we walked in, was friendly and very caring. I felt very comfortable dealing with the doctors. They really listened to my concerns and had a treatment plan in place to meet my needs.

We can not be more pleased and blessed with our care team. From Dr. Gharia , Taylor and Barbara in the office all the way through the facility to the ladies at the lobby reception who always greet us with a hello and a smile. I was diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer late last year. The diagnosis seemed very scary at the time, but after being integrated into the MD Anderson Cancer center family of physicians, technicians, nurses etc. my fears took a backseat to the excellent care I received. Everyone made you feel as though you were the first and only person to have ever had this happen to them. They were patient, kind and willing to go to any lengths to make sure I was making an informed decision on how to go forward. To be sure my cancer was cancer with a very small c so I was very lucky in that regard. I know that should I wake up some day and it be a much more serious situation this is the place I want to be. Thanks to all!

This not your ordinary stuffy medical center. Everyone really likes their job and seem to enjoy other employees. Good to hear laughter and makes everyone relax. The staff/teammates are very knowledgeable and are glad to give 100% of their knowledge to help other patients. I'm just having a rough time keeping up with all the phone calls and emails. Everything needs to be done in a organized and timely manner.

Barbara is the beautiful young lady who takes my vitals. She is always smiling and makes you feel at ease. Dr. Gharia listens to all my questions and concerns.
